Before Saying "Yes" to The Ring

This book was an eye opener I purchased it because I am now in the engaged season of my life. We're in pre-marital counseling at our church and we have stood strong in our faith. I wanted to read something that fed the slight insecurity I felt about not being fully prepared. But after reading I have been able to connect all the lessons with the ones in the book and it has brought some ideals full circle. This is an honest and very expressive book and I'm thankful for the transparency that was shown in happy and frustrating times. A must read 4 stars from me.

I really enjoyed reading this book. I couldn't stop reading it. I love the fact she had scriptures to back herself up. I also like the fact she was real.and honest in her book. The book was amazing.

I'll make this short and sweet... I literally finished this book in less than 24 hours! I loved the balance of personal experiences that the readers could relate to and scriptures/words of wisdom to encourage them in their walk with God! I truly appreciated Karolyne's transparency! I feel so inspired and motivated after reading this book and will definitely share it with the ladies in my life :-)

Was ok. I wouldn't recommend this book. I thought it would be a lot more advise rather than someones personal story of engagement.. I did like the fact that she tried to be as pure as possible for marriage but not at all what i expected.

Loved reading the authors testimony and love how she keeps it real in this book based on her experiences. She also gives reference to some verses which I liked looking at after a chapter.Would highly recommend giving it a read.
