I have used ghd's before but cloud nine beat them I hate ghd's and wont ever go back to them this is my second pair of cloud nine and they are amazing.

Good overall
The product is good. Unfortunately, the temperature is not ideal for my wife’s hair. She needs something higher than 195 degrees. However, it’s easy to use. And the turn off after 30 sec not using is absolutely great feature.
