I like this paint set. It is quite small but there is a nice range of colours, the lid doubles as a palette which is useful and it would make an ideal present for someone starting out on using watercolours.

Really neat little set. I did almost break the pen though. The water section is reverse threaded. So needs to be unscrewed clockwise when filling it up.Other than that, these paints seems really good quality. Very vibrant and blend really well.I like that the case has space in the flip lid for a bit of mixing. And spaces for sponges below the paints. They work well enough for cleaning the pen tip.The test sheet has been really useful too for seeing how the colours look on paper. Makes selecting one a bit easier.Overall, seems to be a great little set. Will be ideal for painting on the go as its small enough to fit easily in a backpack. And you can carry a bit of water in the pen, ready to go, wherever you are.

It's a lovely set with a nice box and all, but I was very surprised by the size. I expected a bigger box, and got something a bit ridiculously small.

Lovely compact paint set. The set itself is small but that doesn’t mean that there is a meagre amount of paint. There are 36 good chunks of water-coloured paints. The quality isn’t lacking also, the pigments dissolve readily in water and the colours are as vibrant as you would expect from water colours. As the colours are in the cake form expect less mess than when working with tubed paints. The set also includes a Waterbrush pen, this isn’t something that I’ve ever worked with before so this should be interesting. The waterbrush has a pen like reservoir which is filled with water and the water seeps down into the bristles thereby doing away with a cup of water. Great less mess, even better for when space is limited. I haven’t worked with watercolours in many years and looking forward to getting reacquainted with them.The set is very reasonably priced at only £8.99. Highly recommend.

I have a few more expensive paint sets but I thought I would give these a try for when I am card making and just want something small on my work top. I was very impressed with this set of highly pigmented paints. The case may look like it's for children but when you open it up you will find some quite serious paints. The colours are vibrant and should fill any artistic need. I am surprisingly thrilled with this little paint set...and the water brush is a nice bonus.

This is perfect for taking with you to paint outdoors, as it comes in a case that closes securely. There is a brush inside that you can fill with water, rather than carrying a bottle, & sponges inside to clean it when changing colours. There is a card inside with a blank square for each colour with the corresponding name of the colour below, so you can put a little of each colour paint in its respective square, so you know what the colours will look like on paper. Would make a great gift for beginners.

Algo que tal vez no se aprecia demasiado bien en las fotos es la variedad de tonos que esta paleta ofrece, y es que cuando sumerges las pruebas te das cuenta que son tonos más vivos de lo que puede parecer. La relación calidad precio me parece bastante buena, me siento más como un profesional usando estas acuarelas a pesar de usarlas por entretenimiento y no porque me dedique a ello :)

Für den Preis hatte ich diese Qualität nicht erwartet. Da die Farben die Näpfe nicht ganz ausfüllen, ist etwas Platz, um die beim Aufnehmen auf die Oberfläche aufgetragene Flüssigkeit mit aufzunehmen - trotz der knappen Abstände lässt sich ein Verschmieren der Farben untereinander ganz gut vermeiden.Die Verwendung des Wasser-Pinsels ist aufgrund der Dicke ungewohnt. Ein Fan dieses Pinsels werde ich nicht werden, sondern verwende lieber normale Pinsel. Trotzdem ist es ein nettes Gimmick für die Unterwegs-Nutzung. Er bekommt eine zweite Chance.Zusammenfassend: Volle Empfehlung - bei diesem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis kann man kaum etwas falsch machen.
