Comfortable, great for work
I usually wear a wide mens size 9. These have a very wide toe box, so I ended up with a mens 8.5.I love these minimalist shoes! I often wear flair pants at work, and these shoes almost disappear under my pants. They are very comfortable, especially if you are doing a lot of light walking and sitting. These are not high support shoes, so you may opt for more support if you are doing several miles of walking. I also love that these shoes breath, so they work well in warmer weather. I am a traveling salesperson, so I do spend a lot of time sitting in cars with short spurts of running into stores. These work wonders, and they look professional under my pants. Will def buy again when these wear out.*Note, these are a relatively inexpensive shoe. I dont expect these to last several years. That being said, I think you absolutely get your moneys worth.

Amazing
So I bought these in 2022 (it's 2024 now) and they are still my favorite shoes. I have sense bought a second pair to keep for occasions where I want something that looks clean and not used every day for everything. 2 years after purchase and heavy abuse there is still little to no damage, just dirt, stains, and signs of love. I hike, mow, shop, drive, and just about everything else you can think of while wearing these. All seems have held up, upper hasn't rubbed through, soul is still in good condition. I love these. Oh and did I mention I've stepped on glass and nails with these, you can feel a prick but nothing has ever punctured through. Be aware these are barefoot shoes, if you're not used to that type of shoes it will be a big transition for you. Super light shoe, zero drop, very flexible, has releaved a lot of foot pain, wide and over all amazing.

Fit well, squeaky soles
Wouldn’t call it an every-day shoe, but good value and decent quality. The soles are very squeaky on tile, smooth concrete, etc.Wide toe-box fit is great on these, better fit than the recent generations of Altra.I treat them kinda like casual/boat shoes, they’re very comfy without socks and go well with shorts during the summer. The laces on mine were oddly textured, they could’ve gone with a plainer white lace.Took a star off for the squeaky soles, wish I could take off 1.5 stars. Not quite bad enough to rate it a 3 but everywhere I go sounds like a basketball court at the local Y.

I love these shoes!
The TLDR: They are affordable, comfortable, durable (relative to the price) and look great. I’ve always loved Vans for their simplicity and aesthetic, and wished there was a zero drop, wide toe box shoe that looked like Vans. This is that shoes! If you’re on the fence, get them. The long version: I’ve been wearing barefoot shoes since 2008 when the only options were Vibram Five Fingers and moccasins. I have flat feet, but was able to rebuild my arches with the assistance of wide toe box, zero drop and/or barefoot shoes. Most recently I’ve been wearing Altra Lone Peaks for a couple of years. The main issue I have with Altras are that although the insole makes the shoes very comfortable to wear for long periods of time and for walking/ hiking and running, it makes them too unstable for me to workout/ lift weights in. So, I typically wear Vans Old School V’s to lift. I’ve always loved Vans for their simplicity and aesthetic, and wished there was a zero drop, wide toe box shoe that looked like Vans. I happened to stumble upon these while browsing Amazon and they were exactly what I was looking for!As for the few customer reviews complaining about durability, I don’t think people have realistic expectations about how long a sub $100 shoes should last. The durability of a shoes also relative to how the shoes is used and how frequently it’s used. So, if you wear a pair of shoes every day and walk between 5-10k steps a day without dragging you feet you’ll probably get a year or more out of these shoes. However, if you wear them every day and drag your feet even a little (even if you only walk less than or equal to 5k steps) you’d be lucky to get 6-8 months out of them. Barefoot shoes inherently have a shorter lifespan, because they have thinner outsoles and often have no insoles.Having said all of that, I highly recommend them.

Comfy and good fit
Even a slight rise in the heel is apt to throw me off balance, so I decided to try "barefoot" shoes with zero rise. The only problem is that I ordered a pricey pair before ordering Whitin's. Could have at least two pairs of these for less than the big brand cost, and I like the Whitin's better!

Too sloppy
The toe box was fine but these had too much room around the ankle. Felt too sloppy.

Comfortable, durable
Not my first pair of barefoot shoes, but my other ones are only used for gym and hiking. Bought these for a 3-week trip to the UK and Ireland, where I averaged 8km/5mi per day. Zero issues, stayed comfortable, held up perfectly fine (although I made sure to do a couple of coats of ScotchGard beforehand). Exceeded expectations.

Great shoes
I bought a pair a few year ago and loved them! They lasted ages and for $60 they were great value! Bought 2 more recently for $70 each and was still happy to pay that but just came to write this review and saw the price… not worth more then $80 dollars, the eyelets around shoe lasses rust pretty quickly and the colour fades with in a month or so. I bought these for work and as a trial for barefoot shoes, great for 60-70$ wouldn’t pay more then 80$ tho. Could go and get name brand barefoot shoes for the same price

Great entry point into barefoot training shoes!
Although these are called running shoes, they are ideal for HIIT bodyweight/calisthenics workouts. I’m a big user of the Freeletics workout app, and these are perfect for doing things like burpees and mountain climbers, when having a huge foam heel can be detrimental to your form. They are low key enough that they can be worn outside, unless you deliberately point out the wide toe box, nobody would notice. They provide a great “ground-feel” as well, which makes you feel more stable when walking about

Amazing! You won't regret it.
I recently made the decision to transition to barefoot shoes after immersing myself in YouTube videos on the subject. After some thorough research, I stumbled upon these particular barefoot shoes, which had garnered fantastic reviews. To get acclimated to this new footwear, I began by gradually increasing my usage. I started by walking around my house, then incorporated them into my daily work routine, and finally ventured out for longer walks. Over time, I took on the challenge of running, initially covering a mere 500 meters and progressively extending my distances. My primary motivation for making the switch was to address chronic knee issues. I hoped that by landing on the balls of my feet and minimizing the impact on my knees with each stride, I could find relief. And boy, did these shoes deliver a life-changing transformation! My knees and overall body felt remarkably better. These shoes are not only transformative but also exceptionally well-crafted. I've practically lived in them since the day I purchased them, and they appear as though they haven't aged a day. Even more impressive, they are incredibly resistant to staining and offer superb grip.If I were to nitpick, I'd mention that they tend to squeak when dragged across linoleum or vinyl surfaces. However, during regular walking and running, they are astonishingly quiet. In fact, I'm so thrilled with these shoes that I'm in the process of ordering more pairs for different occasions. They are, without a doubt, absolutely brilliant. These shoes have not only improved my comfort and well-being but also my perspective on footwear. Highly recommended!

Cheap barefoot shoe
Very cheap compared to all those overpriced barefoot shoes. Runs slightly large but I also remove the sole for a more barefoot feel. These are great for an introduction to the barefoot world. Quality seems good so far. Good for use in the gym and for walking around.
