Decent Guitar, Great Value
I'll start by saying I am in no way an avid musician and I am very "lightly" self taught and just wanted something to learn a few songs on and for that this guitar is perfect. I've had other name brand guitars and while I can tell a difference in sound it is nothing that would bother me. It was very easy to tune, although the tuner that is included I found difficult to use. It did not seem to want to pick up the strings correctly so I did end up using a different tuner. It was great that is comes with a carrying case, picks and a strap. The finish is beautiful and this has been a great guitar to continue learning and improving.

Good for Beginners
Decent guitar for beginners, I bought for my daughter because she wanted a pink guitar... Quality is as good as any in this price range. I did have to set it up, and I shaved about 1.5mm off the saddle height. My major complaint is the fretboard - it feels like unfinished wood and not really smooth. My daughter won't be doing bends and pull-offs any time soon so it will work for her, but if you're a player looking for a cheap beater, then there's plenty of good used ones at this price point (just not in pink for me...!).

Beautiful guitar with very nice build and tone
I wanted something cheap to just pick up and play with while I am saving up for a more expensive and refined guitar that I have my eye on. I like the looks and the cutaway design and the fact that it came with a padded gig bag. The guitar came in flawless condition. I used my Snark tuner to try to tune it and it does have difficulty staying in tune. I will blame that on cheap tuner pegs but what can you expect for $69? I will keep working on that. The sound quality is good and the guitar seems well put together. It is a looker in gloss black and has 2 strap pegs, which is a plus. Now here is the problem: whatever the gig bag is made of, it off gassed an odor that made me quite sick with watery eyes, burning nasel and lung linings, light headedness, and extreme fatigue. I've read about other Asian products use of off gassing glues and I've had issues before. This one is bad. Take the gig bag out of your house and toss it. That is what I had to do. I've ordered another one on Amazon. It does not appear to be an issue with the guitar, just the bag. Time will tell and if it's also the guitar then the heave ho for it.UPDATE: New case, no more chemical odor. It was not the guitar! I am upgrading to Ernie Ball light strings this weekend to improve sound, tuning, and lower the action on the finger board. So far, so good.

Best guitar I've ever bought for under a hundred bucks
First things first, you get so much for your money, between the guitar, case, strap, strings, picks, capo, tuner, cleaning cloth, we're talking a few hundred at guitar center. The guitar, opened it up, and it's beautiful! The finish is way better than I expected. No dents, dings or scratches. I had zero issues tuning it. The sound quality out of it was incredible. I've played martin's, Taylor's, Gibson's, expensive ones and cheap ones. I would put this guitar up against a 500 to 800 dollar guitar. It has great tone and resonance. The only issues I have with it was when it arrived the neck was very very dry, but it was nothing a little oil didn't fix, also the neck had a slight bow in it. Which made the action a bit high. But I took it to my luthier and had him make the corrections, which includes sanding down the saddle, straightening the neck, filing the frets, and putting Ernie ball earth tone strings on it, this guitar is amazing, this is my new go to acoustic guitar and the one I'll take on trips with me. I love this guitar.

Initial Problems, Company Went Above and Beyond - Great For Guitar Newbie
Total guitar newbie here. New to music (notes, scales, chords, etc).I bought the teal guitar, and bought this because it was very inexpensive and had great reviews.I broke two strings while trying to tune (using a SNARK tuner I'd also bought). One of the pegs that hold the strings was lifted out of the row (not sure what this is called, sorry!). The company I bought this from sent me a replacement right quick and was so easy to work with. I totally appreciate that. It's hard to get this totally in tune - it will always in the correct key but might be a little dull or too high, but it gets the job done as far as learning guitar, and to decide if it's something I want to pursue at which time, I'd go to a guitar store. Even in researching expensive well known brands on Amazon, I've read reviews about bad tuning, strings, etc...Like I said, the company has great customer service, totally appreciate! The color is awesome. Both guitar cases were in good shape and all supplies were there (and it comes with extra strings that are labeled).
