Organic from India, authentic natural stevia leaf powder, great for shakes, great price.
Organic from India, authentic natural stevia leaf powder, great for shakes, great price . . . what's not to like? The white stuff is heavily processed but this is the real deal. Stop whining about the taste; mix it with several ingredients in a protein shake and you'll only notice the sweetness without the blood sugar spike. 10 out of 10.

Very low grade
Nothing at all like the other brands that I actually felt my sugar level regulate. This brand must be years out dated it has no taste almost. Trash I don't recommend at all.....

A very large bag of organic stevia
This is a one pound bag of organic stevia powder by Darsa Organics sources from India. The amount of product is huge because only a tiny amount is needed per serving so this bag will last a very long time. The expiration date by the way is Sept. 2025.The manufacturer recommended using this for tea and baking but I used it in my coffee as I normally would with other commercial white powdered stevia and stevia blends that I use frequently. I used about a half teaspoon and it was almost too sweet for me to drink. It would probably be better with teas but I don't put sugar in my teas. It has a very strong herbal taste that I'm not used to. I will continue to use it but carefully next time. I'll also transfer this powder to a glass jar because it would be less messy to use from a jar vs an envelope. My "no sugar, only organics" daughter would love this so I'll share with her.If you like organic, minimally processed stevia, this product may be for you.

Not an exact substitute for granulated sugar, actually organic
Every sweetener has its own uses and flavor and this is no different. I use much less of this than I would use of regular granulated sugar. It's a very strong sweetener, but it does also have a flavor apart from its sweetness that, to me, is reminiscent of matcha tea or grass. If you use less, though, the leafy flavor becomes much less pronounced and the stevia is much more pleasant. I like the flavor, especially in tea, when the product is used sparingly. Just stir the tea while you're drinking if you find that too much of the leaf powder is sinking to the bottom. It is a good sweetener and when you don't use too much, the other flavor isn't a problem (for me). Getting powdered stevia leaves like this product is means that you're not getting the added chemicals of many stevia powders and you're not losing the vitamins, minerals, and fiber of the plant. I'm happy to have this as an organic product. It bears the USDA organic seal and lists the certification company as Onecert International. It's a refreshing change from many other online products that say they're organic but don't have the organic seal or list who certified them. Since these are powdered leaves, I wouldn't want them if they weren't organic. There's no rind or peel on a leaf that can be removed to reduce the pesticides you're getting with it. If they weren't organic, you'd be trusting the company to wash off the pesticides before drying the product. Not a pleasant thought.

Stevia
I tried this and it just wasn't for me. I am used to taken Stevia over the counter and this was the powder of the leaves. Tried it in my coffee and it was sweet but just ruined the flavor of my coffee. I threw it out.

Earthy flavor
I really wanted to like this, especially since it doesn’t have the additional ingredients that the stevia in the green packets has.I tried a small amount of this in my cup of tea this morning, and I can’t recommend it. I expected it to sweeten my tea, but it did that while altering the flavor. It added an earthy flavor that was unwelcome. Additionally I expected it to dissolve in the hot tea, but I noticed much more residue/leaves at the bottom of the cup.I’m at a loss as to the best way to use this, but it’s definitely not in my cup of tea.

Naturally Sweet! Very fine powder! A sweetener to feel good about using!
I normally drink my tea as is and unsweetened, but with the "Darsa Organics Stevia Leaves Powder | 16 oz Resealable Pouch | USDA Organic | Gluten Free | Non-GMO | Sugar Substitutes & Herbal Supplements | Add to Teas & Baked Items" I've been enjoying sweet teas. I make a lot of my own tea with a variety of all natural dried leaves, berries, flowers, seeds, powders etc. so this powdered Stevia leaves fits right in. I have also used it in smoothies and have been thinking of some homemade green juices I could add it to. I appreciate they have it in 1 lb packages. It arrives in a pouch/bag with a window in the front so you can see the green powder. It has a ziplock-type closure that doesn't work to well so I have a binder clip on the top until I can find a jar for it. The bag arrived very full and with powder clogged up around the top so be sure to open it in an area that can be easily wiped up. I received my bag in March 2024 and its best by date i8sn't until Sept 2025. Product of India.

This is ground up green, dried leaves
I was trying to buy pure stevia (white) extract, with no other additives; but this was not sweet and tastes like you picked up dead leaves and ground them and ate them.
