Bought two of these for the price of one original Ryobi battery. So far they have been good and done what is needed without problems being used on a Ryobi mower and a Ryobi chainsaw. Until I buy a Ryobi original I will have no way of comparing performance (use, charging install etc). I have used these with a Ryobi charger which is top quality, I couldn't say how they would perform with a different charger.Update: Just iver a year on from purchase one battery has ceased to charge and the other fails to hold a full charge. Considering these are not used every day and usage is modest I am dissapointed with them and would NOT recommend them to others.

yes, i know these are after market 3rd party manufactured, yes, i know they're cheap, yes, i don't expect them to be as good as originals... but... these are just plain dangerous. The soldering on these is appalling, i don't know what that Microchip is supposed to do, but i'm pretty sure it's not supposed to smoke or be turned to a funny angle. The photos show 2 different batteries and 2 failures at the same point. I don't' suppose i can get my money back?

As noted in other reviews, the only real negative point here is that the catches are not as well-engineered as the Ryobi batteries. They stick perfectly, but you need a pretty strong grip in order to remove the battery from an item. I've had no issues with this barring an extra 5 or 6 seconds of fiddling to get them free, but this is MORE than worth the hassle given the price.Capacity is almost spot-on, charge times/temps are good, all round great item. Just fix the catches ;)

nothing about this product disappoints, Always been sceptical of battery tools, first one I had was the impact driver given as a gift and I was amazed at how well it preformed[Fantastic}, I now have hammer drill and nail gun and could not be happier, Brought larger batteries so last longer and have some on charge should the need arise. Latest addition is the air compressor pumps up tyres to pre set pressure by you, and airbeds etc no trailing wires from cig socket getting caught up. 5 STAR TOOLS ALL THE WAY +

I love ryobi and after buying 4 of these in last 6 months only 1 left working. They don’t release properly from tools or charger - 2 just won’t charge or do anything - one of them the contact point is stuck in. I think their power etc is comparable but that’s all I’m afraid

Absolute rubbish. Charged both once each, used them on my ryobi drill and angle grinder. They lasted for only a few minutes.Tried to recharge them both but got the blinking red and green lights on both my chargers.Absolute cheap and nasty Chinese rubbish.Avoid at all costsVery disappointed.

Fantastic value. Really good battery. Just as good as the actual Ryobi units . Battery came 1/2 charged and worked fine. I have used it on my tools and its perfect.I did not see any of the issues with stiff clips etc. This battery is just as good and works in the Ryobi charger.

These batteries arrived on time and in good condition, build quality is good, however i received some dud batteries so only worked for one use, however amazon refunded me in full, I think would be very good batteries had mine not been faulty, hence the 3 star review.

Les deux batteries achetées et données pour 18V 5Ah ont pour objectif de remplacer celles que j'ai, d'origines Ryobi et d'une capacité de 2.4Ah.Je ne peux pas les comparer avec des 5Ah d'origine Ryobi. Ceci étant elles ont une tenue dans le temps et supérieur à ce que j'avais avant.Les essais ont été faits sur perceuse, clé à chocs et souffleur. Elles sont également compatible avec le chargeur d'origine Ryobi.Compte tenu de l'écart de prix avec les batteries Ryobi, je n'ai rien à dire. Je ne regrette pas mon achat et le rapport qualité prix est au rendez-vous.

j ai utilisé cette batterie sur ma visseuse et une scie sabre aucun soucis ; puis j ai racheté depuis d autres outils ryobi one + demandant plus de puissance ( debroussailleuse one+ 18V Rbc 1820 et un perforateur ONE+18V pour poser 300 chevilles à frapper 8X100la batterie défectueuse a dégagée une odeur de chaud en l utilisant avec la débroussailleuse , puis le chargement ne s est plus effectué

Pues le tengo que poner una estrella por varios motivos y es que tengo varias baterías compatibles con Ryobi pero éstas con diferencia son peores por lo siguiente:1.- Tras tres o cuatro usos (no más) una de las pestañas que tiene para anclarse a la herramienta de ha roto.2.- Las luces del indicador de carga de la batería son tan tenues que a la luz del día no son visibles por lo que tienes que estar colocando la mano a modo de visera para poder visualizarlas....3.- La duración de la batería no parece de 5ah... Me parece escasa....

Una de las dos baterías, a la segunda carga, se ha quedado muerta, y al comprobar esta con el tested, veo que indica 1 V. El cargador no la sube, y el indicador led que trae no marca nada. Por curiosidad, he mirado la otra, y marca 20,6 v. Fácilmente se puede cargar mis herramientas. No es compatible como prometen.

Update: Es ist noch kein Jahr rum und auch der zweite Akku ist inzwischen tot.Zunächst hatte ich einen guten Eindruck. Habe zwei Akkus gekauft, um immer einen laden zu können, wenn der andere im Einsatz ist.Leider ist ein Akku nach nur einem halben Jahr, in dem er kaum im Einsatz war, bereits kaputt. Die Ladeanzeige zeigt ‚voll‘ - trotzdem schaltet die Elektronik nach wenigen Sekunden in einem Werkzeug ab. Leider unbrauchbar. Rücksendemöglichkeit leider auch schon abgelaufen.

3 von 4 kaputt, leider haben die Akkus nicht lange gehalten bzw. waren gleich kaputt. Haben während des schrauben mit den Akku schrauber, also keine hohen Belastungen zu stinken begonnen und lassen sich nicht mehr laden, das bei vielleicht 3x verwenden. Okay wenn einer fehlerhaft ist aber drei von 4 ist zu viel. Werde sie zurück senden

Ich habe nun bei mir nach 6 Monaten ebenfalls feststellen können, dass einer der Akkus nun den Geist aufgeben hat. Das äußert sich dadurch, dass der Akkuschrauber bereits nach wenigen Sekunden stoppt, obwohl der Akku frisch geladen war :-(
