These Nuke Nutrition gummies are an interesting supplement, especially useful if you, like me, aren't a fan of taking apple cider vinegar in liquid form.They have a nice apple flavour, making it a super easy way to get your daily dose of apple cider vinegar.As someone on a keto diet, I appreciated that they're sugar-free, but I was less happy to see the range of sweeteners like Maltitol and Erythritol (sugar alcohols I prefer to avoid) and ingredients like Sunflower Oil and Carnauba Wax.However, these are still a tasty and convenient way to take apple cider vinegar, with the added benefit of some Vitamin C, B6, and Chromium. While I find them a bit expensive for a 30-day supply (especially at the recommended two gummies a day), I started with one a day and gradually increased to the full recommended dose.Weight Loss Effects? Since I don't need to lose weight thanks to my keto diet, I can't vouch for these being effective for weight loss claims. I personally didn't notice any impact on my appetite.Overall, I will continue taking these at a dose of one or two gummies a day which works well in combination with my other supplements to see what positive effects these bring before deciding on long-term use. I didnt really want these for the apple cider, more to help with weight loss. As Ive just given up smoking, I seem to be filling that time with eating. I seem to have put on a fair few unwanted pounds. I wanted something to either make me feel full or just to take away the craving for something to eat. They seem to have done the trick, once I have one, I kind of forget that i should be trying to stuff my face to help me stay off the smokes. The have stopped me feeling so hungry and the weight along with excercise is slowly comming off. Not too keen on the taste though, they actually look nicer than they taste.

I got these gummies as they are vegetarian friendly (which is important to me when looking for supplements) and I suffer with IBD, so apple cider vinegar is ideal for helping promote gut health.They are pricey at just under a tenner (at time of review) and you chew 2 gummies per day. You get a 30 day supply though, so it's a good amount of time to see if they work.However, they taste absolutely awful. I've had other branded apple cider vinegar gummies and they have been really pleasant, but these are very synthetic tasting and I find the luminous green off-putting.Ultimately I've had to bin them as I can't stomach the taste. There are better tasting apple cider gummies out there for around the same price point, so I can't recommend.
