Peace of Mind! No monthly fees!
We purchased this for our mom. We placed multiple buttons around the house and one on her walker. Tested each one! Worked every time. Our goal is to keep mom out of the hospital. Each time she rang buzzer...we just had to go over, make sure she was OK, and get her off the floor. No need to call 911. One day mom we have to move in with us.We will be able to use the buttons in the other part of the house. Peace of mind!

Amazing product for caregivers
This was life changing as a caregiver. I care for my parents who live a few miles away. They each have a pager on their walker and the rest are hanging around the house where they can easily reach them.I love that there is no fee to use and that it calls my cell when pressed. My one complaint is that I need to occasionally check that they are still synced to my cell. I found that they suddenly were not when doing a test after about 2 months. I now check them regularly.

Finally Able to Use
For the past year, my mother has been in and out of the hospital. To top that, I got a hospital acquired infection and had it for over a year now. My mind has been mush but I finally had sense enough to follow the directions and have the lanyard convenient to my mother and it is set up to connect to my phone. We have a wearable necklace that goes with our alarm system but during the days I when I am in and out to the garage or walking the dog, it is not on. This is great for those that need to step out of the house yet be sure their loved ones are safe. I have great neighbors and if I were not home, I could call my neighbors or my daughter. I feel comfortable running out for a few minutes and believe it will help ease your mind if you care for someone.

set up sucks
Like anything else, Videos do NOT match the product. cant even find a video how to hook up lanyard. call button part is different than the video. guess or break one to figure out to hook up lanyard and replace battery.

WHAT !? Number clears as soon as button ring tone ends
There's a really dumb problem with this device that makes it unusable for me. The number clears as soon as the button ring tone ends. If you set the button ring tone to play for 10 seconds, the number clears after 10 seconds and you can no longer tell who rang. You can make the number stay for up to 2 minutes (only), but the ring tone must forcibly repeat the entire time!? There is no way to play the ring tone once and keep the number on display for 10 minutes. This is what you'd expect it to handle, so that a caregiver that is toileting someone can finish their assist and still get back to common areas to view the display before the number clears itself. And all without repeating the ring tone (loudly) for minutes at a time. But the device just cannot do that basic thing.--May 10, 2025:I ordered another device from another supplier and it had the exact same limitation. That probably indicates this is a limitation of the Tuya platform itself, rather than this particular device manufacture. So, I bumped my rating up slightly since this is probably an inherited stupidity, rather than a created one. Meanwhile, I've come up with an ugly workaround for this limitation: buy 2 hubs, configure 1 to play the ring tone for a reasonable time and configure another to stay silent, but display the number for the maximum duration. Caregivers will get the ring tone from one hub and the caller ID from the other. It depends on these hubs being able to pair one button to 2 hubs simultaneously, which I've been able to do so far.

Additional level of safeguard for the elders
I put this in the home of my 80 year old mother, one push bottom in each room, so in case of emergency or accident, she can just push the bottom and I will get instant notification via internet.
