Easy to use and does the job of noise reduction. Good value for money. Panels stick on easily. Looks professional.

The manufacturer seems to be aware that these don't always stick the best and offers extra sticky tabs. A couple of mine would still fall and needed just a little more, but that was easy to address. It was on sealed gloss finish paint, which may have hurt or helped. They helped with keeping sounds and conversations inside and out of an office. Material seems good quality and since they aren't insanely sticky, should come off without damage if they ever need to be removed.

I did not have the problem of them falling down. Following the advice of another review, i made sure they had plenty of time to expand and decompress before putting them up. Built-in adhesive worked well for me at about 75*F and 40%humidity.Now my recording studio is free of reflected sound and I can ditch the coat-closet recoding booth. Cheers!

This is an okay product. The panels are poorly cut, with very uneven edges that don't quite match each other to make a perfect, good looking bigger combined panel. Also, the glue is just barely enough for good adhesion, even when cleaning the wall thoroughly prior to sticking the panels - I had a panel fall and others slowly losing adhesion around the edges. The manufacturer include some sticky pads to make up for that, but using the pads on some panels and not on others sounds like a hacky solution that wouldn't be needed if the quality was better.Nonetheless, it's a decent buy for the price and the material and shape gave me a marked improvement in sound quality. I don't know how long they will last, so we'll see if I feel the same a few months from now - I wouldn't buy it again but it's barely good enough to prevent me from returning. I don't think you will find anything much better in this price range, but I wonder if I should have paid more for this to get better quality.8/13/24 UPDATE: every panel has fallen from the wall due to the poor quality of the glue. I'm using Gorilla Glue adhesive dots to keep them in place, but this is a lot of work and defeats the purposes of having bought this particular brand. Lowering the score to 1 star, I'd certainly not buy this again.

For the most part, the tiles had sufficient adhesive. There were several that I had to deal with tiny little 1/2" double sided squares close to the edge where there was no glue at all. There were not enough tiny squares and I had to buy a roll of two-sided tape. This may have been a bad batch.

These sound square have saved my sleep!!! I live in a rural southern area and for the last 3 years, every morning around 4:15am the parade of LOUD duel exhaust pickup trucks start passing by my house on the way to a main road. This always wakes me up…even though I don’t have to wake up until 7am. I finally could not take it and decided to install a window air conditioner unit (for extra cooling and white noise) and I used these squares on the inside and outside of the air unit and all around any possible gap. I cut several in half and lined the edges of the window and across the top where a gap was. It actually looks decent both inside and outside. The best part, the first Monday after installation was the first week day I’ve slept soundly until 7am!! My bedroom is SO QUIET now…with or without the ac unit on. I would recommend these to anyone. I will definitely purchase more if I ever need to replace these.

I bought the 18-pack to help deaden a small room used as a studio. Packaging is not as illustrated - the panels come highly compressed, but expand quickly once opened. The sticky backing is just tacky enough to hold the light panels on a painted wall. Some of the panels were imperfect: the pyramids were slightly deformed, but it made no difference to me.Most important, they work exactly as advertised.
