Good product, but...
I'll provide my honest opinion. However, I am not a computer expert; I just work with computers all day. This is my second Asus in a row, and overall, they are reliable and offer a great cost-benefit. This laptop is a good product, but it is not perfect. Here are the pros and cons and how I grade each item.Pros:1. Lots of space 1tb 10/102. Processor intel core i7 9.5/103. Memory Ram 40 gb 10/104. Touch screen 9/105. Screen resolution 9/106. Windows Pro 10/107/ Intel Iris xe 10/10Cons1. Poor web cam, 5/102. Speakers, 5/103. Bottom case made with plastic, not aluminum 3/104. Overall design is not the best 8/105. No SD card portSo far, it is a good productivity computer. It is not a fancy computer, but it has great components. Regarding the price, I didn't find any other laptop with the pros I mentioned at this price, but I would suggest keeping the cons in mind, especially if they are important to you.The seller shipped on time, and the product came in its original box, sealed, and an extra shipping box that provided more protection. Due to a credit card mistake, I bought two and returned one and didn’t experience any problems with the seller; they refunded the money for the returned computer.I hope this review can help you. I would give it a 4.3 out of 5 stars if I could.
