A bad product from BRAND VIP, stitches started coming out in a months time, when the warranty is of 12 months. The worst thing is customer service.After continuous calling and emailing them for 15 days and complaining with Amazon got the mail that I have to take this bag to VIP store to get it repaired. Living in Mumbai and taking the bag to be repaired from Andheri to Malad, is foolish.Then what's the use of online shopping, better is I shop from a local vendor.0 ⭐️
