Our beloved kettle was giving up and as my husband loves to overfill it we decided to try this. After reading all the reviews of various types we decided it looked just what we wanted. It is easy to use, I quite like being able to decide when to stop filling my variety of mugs and cups. The water temperature is perfect and it delivers exactly what is required, looks smart, not too big and I love the easy to fill tank. We’ve only had it less than a week but hopefully it continues to have a long life.

The hot water kettle is very good, but could do with the water container on the side for easier filling. Otherwise we found it economical and easy to use. Also the water is lovely and hot.

The water does flow a lot slower than previous items from other companies, but this is not an issue as only doing one cup most of the time.

I received my one cup hot water dispenser very quickly. And was very impressed. It is very stylish and very easy to use . The water comes out very hot. A little slow filling up the cup , but otherwise very good very easy to fill . So very pleased and would highly recommend

Do really like this dispenser. It replaced our old one and works beautifully except that the green light does not come on but everything else works perfectly.

My fault for not double checking but this hot water dispenser does not have an auto shut off after filling one mug, several times now I have burnt myself with hot water because i have turned my back for a few seconds to turn back & its overflowed & gone all over the worktop & floor! One the positive it has a large capacity. I would have returned if I hadn’t of used it but now I have to purchase a different one.

We’ve had our machine for just over 2 weeks. It’s saving us quite a bit of money on our electric, as my husband would always fill the kettle up to max, even for one cup of tea. My only niggle is that when filling cups up, the hot water spits out and if you’re not careful you can get sprayed with boiling water. I would suggest to the manufacturer that perhaps either an adjustable bottom plate to raise the cup level, or a spout that can be lowered into cups. I’ve also found that first time using in the morning or if not used for a while, the water coming from the machine is not very warm. I’ve started running half a cup of water through until the water is steaming, stopping the machine, tipping the water and then starting my cup of tea. It seems to make a good cuppa this way. Pretty good though, and really came in handy over Christmas. Saved me from making oodles of different kinds of drinks….help yourself, just left the stuff out and put my feet up and eat cake 🙃🥳

Perfect when u are disabled or have issues holding regular kettles and is so quick to heat up fast heating and easy to use
