Very stable. After using this stand for a couple of months, I've never had a situation where it wobbles or topples over when I use it with my blue snowball. I use this stand for holding my microphone while I stream, and I would've gotten a boom arm if my desk wasn't so thick, but this is an excellent alternative.

I was looking for a small, foldable mic stand to travel with and use to hold a Zoom or Tascam digital recorder, so I took a chance on this. First, the included accessories (shock mount, mic clip, pop filter) are pretty generic, but probably usable in some applications. The mike stand itself is sturdy and compact when folded up. I like that the height is adjustable. The legs open up fairly wide, but I wouldn't put a big, heavy mic, especially in a shock mount on it as it may tip over. This would be great as a desk stand for podcasters or similar applications.

I'm very happy with my purchase, my mic fits very smoothly on it seems like it was made for it.

It’s decently designed but it doesn’t stay up.

This is a solid little mic stand for doing voice overs and such. I don't know if I'd necessarily use it as a gaming stand, just because gaming can get a little vigorous and you probably wand something more affixed to the desk. I personally didn't notice a difference between when I use the pop filter or not because my mic has one built in. But it does give me a nice physical reminder to not get too close to the microphone.

I've tried other stands and this one, while very stable, has a broader footprint than previous stands I've tried. It is not bad mind, but it does make the rest of the setup need to be adjusted. Overall though, this kit is very useful and a fairly priced from what I can tell. If nothing else it is good as a loaner kit or backup.

For the price, if you want a complete budget mic setup, this will cover all your needs.Most of my pro gear costs much, much more than the collective items in this set. That's not to say these are comparable, because they simply aren't, but for the utility/price, these are a good value for the typical consumer.This set is perfectly fine for most non-bulky consumer mics, but a big Sennheiser is not going to fare well here.My rating is based primarily on the completeness of the set, and the fact that for the average consumer, this will be useful and appreciated.
