Great picks with good grip!
Great picks!! 3mm is where the real tone is! I'm a thirty plus year player who regretfully started out playing with thin picks. I learned over time that once you go thick you don't go back. These have a really nice grippy texture and I've played mine hard and they don't wear out, great material and they 3mm version is hot pink! I'll lose them all before I wear them out. Be warned: these disappear if you leave them around other players! My other go-to picks are Dunlop Pro Gloss 3mm, so you know where I'm coming from. If you haven't, try those too! These perform skins a full as my Dunlops but have much better grip. What's not too love?

Great over all pick for heavy pick lovers
Great sounding and feeling picks. Good attack and control. The grip is a big plus.

Great all around pick for guitar and bass.
I prefer 3mm plus picks, it find them easier to grip and this one is no exception. The surface provides additional grip as well, plus the Jazz XL size helps it stay in hand.I like the hot pink color.Overall these are high quality picks of a size, thickness, and high stiffness that suits my play style, hard rock and metal using thicker than a carafe gauge strings. I dislike pick flex when strumming or gripping a pick tightly so your mileage may vary. Also ideal for bass use. I can place these next to Big Stubbys and Jim Dunlop Flow picks as a 3mm pick that works for me that I’d buy again.

So close to perfect
I’m loving the thicker pick for more “shreddy” type music. This brand of pick has been the best so far.Dan’s Guitar Store - Can we have this exact pick but made in the same exact material as the Precision picks? This one slides around too much but the thickness is great. The Precision picks have the best grip but I would like at least a 2mm.

Favorite picks
Usually use dunlop flow, but get a weird ice picky sound. These dont have it and have an ultra fast, defined tip. The flat areas dont ever slip. I do wish they came with more but ill pay for quality.

Neither smooth nor premium. Don't buy this.
Side-by-side comparison of my 5mm Dunlop Primetone (Top) and the Dan's Guitar Store "Premium" 3.00mm Precision Pick (Bottom).I assumed it was only rough on the grip surfaces for extra traction, but the "Refined ultra-smooth, rounded bevel and tip" feels like GRAVEL. Compared to my 2mm Dunlop John Petrucci Flow and even the 5mm Dunlop Primetone, this feels like playing with SANDPAPER.It does NOT glide whatsoever, and the scrape noise is horrendous. On thicker strings, such as the ones on my 8-string, this is literally unusable due to how rough it feels.Maybe my product was defective, but this is by far the worst feeling pick I've ever tried. Will attempt to return this asap. Hopeless product.

I’d avoid these they’re too thick
I play guitar so maybe that’s where I’m having issues but it sounds to harsh in comparison to the other ones I use. I personally like a little bit of flex in my picks. So far Tortex Dunlops have been my favorite
