Must have for every car in case of emergency. Small size and quality. Portable and easy to use, tested on some glass and cardboard and worked perfectly. Good value for money.

4 stars as untested as yet on tempered glass. Punches holes in cardboard though and resets each time. Best to use seat belt cutter at a 45 degree angle and establish in advance which of your windows are tempered glass. Possible front sides ones if car more than 6 yrs old, almost certainly rear side ones. This won't break the laminated glass of your windshield or front sides ones in a newer car, but it should easily shatter tempered (single sheet) glass. Aim for a corner as this is the weakest point of glass and watch a few Youtube videos first so you know the routine. Wouldn't be without a gadget like this as unlike a glass hammer they are designed to work underwater too, being spring-loaded and not dependent on being swung. This has a tungsten tip too, so we are talking about 3 or more times harder than steel. Get a couple for real security.

Not tried this yet but it certainly looks like it will do the job it's intended to do,Looks good and not at all heavy ideal to keep on car key fob in case you have to use it in an emergency

Really brilliant safety tool, I’ve had these on my keys a while now and it’s lasting really well. It is slightly bigger than it looks in the photo.

This unit offers the user to engage the palm of the hand as well as the fingers to activate the spring which I believe would provide a better action to operate the item. Clearly can’t do a field test but you don’t want to regret buying it when it’s called upon. Hope I never have to use it but I feel confident it will suffice
