I’m obsessed with this globe. It’s fascinating and a great conversation piece. And no, it won’t work well next to electronics, which is clearly explained in the information included with the product. It does need good light but is also beautiful when it’s not spinning.

I purchased this but ended up returning it. If you plan to use it near computers or electronic devices, there’s a high chance it won’t spin — which defeats the purpose. It’s well-crafted and visually appealing, but considering the price, it didn’t meet expectations. Might work better in a brighter, more isolated spot.
