I like that these cost me about $15 less than the brand my podiatrist sells. Being designed for people who are most likely overweight, they do provide denser support that insoles not engineered towards heavier users. I only weigh 150 now, so these are probably overkill for my needs... but the price was right for me to try them out.However, I'm a bit 'on the fence' about them since I've been on my feet more than double as long per day recently and am having a fair bit of foot pain. Switching shoes in the aftrnoon (which are different brands with different insoles) helps - but I have yet to decide if the insoles are an issue or if it's just walking so much while packing and moving heavy boxes, totes, and furnishings. IF you are on the heavy side, these may be perfect for you...They fit in my boots perfectly without any trimming. Having narrow feet, the extra thickness makes those boots fit my long skinny feet a bit better...

These are great they provide comfort and relief especially when you need to stand on your feet for an extended period of time. When I need to run errands and I have several places to go I like to make sure that I have extra support in my sneakers because I know that I will be on my feet on concrete for sometime and since I stopped teaching it's been years since I've been accustomed to being on my feet for hours with no break. These are an inexpensive, and comfortable fit allowing an extra layer of fluff to my feet that is supportive and helps them to relax in bliss as I hit store after store.

This inserts are really good. I have them in my work boots and they have helped the pain in my feet quite a bit. They are comfortable and nice and thick. Easy to use and wear and a great value.

These inserts fit the shoes well and were comfortable along the foot. However, when I would stand up or move, they squeaked and loudly. The support, the comfort within the shoes, the pain relief were all there, but I could not stand the squeaking.

These fit perfectly into some boots that had little to no arch support and WOW, what a difference!! These make my boots feel like a whole new boot. They have so far held up well after about a month. I dont wear these boats daily but enough that I would think I would notice a difference. Really glad I found these cushioning supports!!

I had hoped by trimming these down, they'd fit properly in any of my shoes, but these are quite thick, too thick for any of my tennis shoes or flats. If you've got really roomy shoes, these will probably be supportive and comfy, but I couldn't make them work in any of my shoes (hence, probably why I have foot pain sometimes, but I'm not ready to give up fashion for comfort yet.) I also think I didn't need such heavy-duty ones- these have spurred me to look for a more appropriate product to help with my shoes with barely there insoles which are my main problem.
