Shuttle Art 136 Colouring Pencils,Coloured Pencils Set for Adult Colouring Books,Doodling,Sketching,Art,School Supplies

I bought these for myself for my adult colouring books. They are a great set of pencils with a large variety/range of colours. I loved that you got a DIY colour chart in the box . I arranged my pencils in the trays (see pictures)to match the colour chart this will make it easier to find the pencils I want to use after checking the colour chart. The pencils go onto paper smoothly, no scratchiness (see picture) the colours are vivid and nice. The pencils come in a nice case with a handle for storage and transportation. The pencils were all sharpened and ready to use. The lead is very soft and they do break easily when sharpened - I will be investing in a better pencil sharpner. I was missing one colour middle yellowish green number 168 and received 2 × fresh green number 009 instead - this wasn't a huge problem for me. Overall I would recommend these pencils, good value for money, nice presentation and storage, great range of colours. For me as a beginner to adult colouring they worked perfectly. I just like to colour and have no experience of blending, shading or other advanced techniques. Don't know if they would be suitable for a more advanced colourer or artist. I would definitely buy these pencils again.

I was pleasantly surprised by these pencils, for the price point I did expect them to be a little lacklustre but they have very good pigmentation and glide easily on to the page. The only down side is that they are not soft enough to be blendable so you have to crosshatch or shade very carefully to blend colours. As they are oil based pigments I was hoping for a little ability to blend using a fingertip but, alas, I could nto get them to do so - then again these are very reasonably priced.Good range of colours and attractively presented within the cardboard outer. Can be a bit of a juggling act with the plastic inner trays when several contrasting tones are needed but I have just started selecting the colours I am likely to need and just mixing them up any old how instead of keeping them in the manufacturer's pre-defined order.I have managed to drop these because I am a clumsy idiot but they stood up well and none of the cores seem to have broken. Only had cause to sharpen a couple and they got to a good point with no shredding of the wooden outer and so far no snapping of the core.Good, basic set of colouring pencils that are actually better than their price point would suggest. Only downside is the lack of blendability.

Great product

Went for a lower price large set of soft lead colouring pencils as it's a new hobby for me though have done many other artistic pieces for myself before this. The colours are true & can be used lightly or as a deep strong colour. No breakages & they sharpen cleanly. I recommend them as a starter set for new Colouring Adults out there & maybe progress in to a more expensive range as needed. Very pleased though with the quality of these pencils for the price. Nice weight, comfortable to hold & the cores don't break if dropped. Can be sharpened to a very fine tip or worn down for blending & shadowing etc. I recommend these for starters.

Arrived promptly and well packaged.

These arrived today (01-Feb-20), and this is the 1st company that has put a DIY Colour Chart printed out ready to fill in and use, in the box for their Customers, nice surprise! Also you have a colour number, and a name also given printed on the pencils which again is a first I've seen!Actual Pencils feel nice in hand, and and the colour flows great on to the paper for the chart, and as you can see in the picture I've included I've did a strong hard through to lighter shade, with pencils holds up great. I do not know how they sharper but that can be a quality of the sharpener as much as the actual pencil, but I use a craft knife for mine and sand board when needed.Pencils come in a cardboard box rather than a metal tin which is a little disappointing, but that's just my personal favourite with storage, but still far better than plastic!Overall I cant wait to start using these on my pictures and I am not talking about courting book pictures, I mean for my own Artist Paintings/Pictutes and Prints.

The media could not be loaded. When I sharpen these pencils they’re all broke always through I’m not happy with them at all every pencil I sharpen they are broken Can you please help me I’ve paid a lot of money for these pencils and they’re no good

It is a great variety of colors, I tried shading and mixing the colors and I was very surprised at how easy it was and how wonderful it looked. I highly recommend these pencil crayons to other people who enjoy coloring.
