This resistance band is a fabric one so it is very durable and feels more comfortable to use in my opinion. It is definitely a strong, heavy duty one. It's a bit too strong for me to use! I've tried to use it to do adductions but due to the strength of the band, it's quite hard to use. Nonetheless, if you're strong then this is a great resistance band.

This is a very nicely made fabric flexiband/resistance band. It has rubber strips on the inside to stop any slippage, which grip nicely.It is a strong resistance level, but as a woman in her 60’s I'm finding it ideal for doing stronger leg workouts such as squats, crab walk, etc. You will really feel the benefit of it if you use it regularly.Recommended.

This resistance band is a step above the rubber type resistant bands you get.It's made from a strong fabric weave type material with a strong dense elastic resistance built in.Ideal for placing around your thighs to give your upper legs a proper work out, or you could use this for other applications around your body.This I recommend to add to your arsenal of fitness equipment. I ordrered this for my girlfriend who does yoga and a fair bit of fitness training. It's very well made and looks like it will last forever. There's only one resistance band here which makes this a bit expensive compared to other options where you get 5 or so bands in a pack for less money, however I doubt that they are this durable.It has excellent stitching on the join and there is a lot of tension in this band, making it a good workout. It feels like a quality product, perhaps something you might find in a proper gym.It has a very strong odour of elastic when you first get it but I expect that this will soon fade.Overall my girlfriend is very impressed with this and really feels that it is doing her some good. Recommended.

This is a really tough resistance band that I can't get over both my legs to use as described. My wife did and she struggled to get it to work as it were. I think you need to be quite strong already to take advantage of this.

The UltraFlex Resistance workout band is a good-looking band that is very firm and requires a certain amount of strength to use out of the packet. It has a small diameter, so the bigger legs will have trouble getting in, but the width of the strap itself is good, and it does not roll up on use. Overall it's a great addition to your gym bag.
