This is a bit difficult to take apart for cleaning, and care needs to be taken not to break the fittings, it can also be difficult to remove the inhaler, so may need assistance if hand dexterity or strength an issue. The main problem I have is it's leave to air dry only, and must be completely dry to use.It's smaller than some alternatives, has a cover for mouthpiece and easily stands, even with inhaler attached, so won't roll off table. It is very easy to hold and use. It grips the inhaler well, so I only need 1 hand to operate (my previous spacer needed 2 hands, 1 holding spacer and 1 for inhaler).This audibly indicates if inhaling too fast (whistle) or slow (grumble), which is excellent for children, those new to inhalers, or those, like myself, who were given instruction decades ago to breath in as fast as possible (we were doing it wrong!).Mine came with an adult face mask, which seals around nose and chin well. This is handy if you struggle to seal your lips around mouthpiece. These are available in smaller sizes for children.I was lucky, I got mine reduced due to damaged box. But I do think at original cost they are overpriced, but then it seems most medical/mobility aids are.Overall I would recommend this product. I would definitely purchase again.

I have tried many different makes to give inhalers to horses using the adult sized mask. Easy to use, tolerated very well by the horse, allows inhalation and exhalation of normal air.
