A decent quality set of hearing amplifiers for mild to moderate hearing loss …
Once we start to age, many of us experience sensory deficits. The eyesight and hearing aren’t quite what they used to be … I know mine aren’t. Several individuals I know have had to deal with varying degrees of hearing loss, but can’t wear certain types of hearing aids. If you have serious hearing deficits, you need to make an appointment with an audiologist. If you have a mild to moderate hearing loss, simple amplification will work, which is what these hearing amplifiers are for. These aren’t regular hearing aids, but rather will amplify the sound around you. Everything needed is right in the box, including a User’s Guide and a Quick Operation Guide. Both offer up step-by-step instructions complete with line drawing visuals. This is something I always find to be very useful. The Quick Operation Guide is almost as good, if not better than the manual. If you’re expecting a high-fidelity experience don’t purchase these because these aren’t that type of aid.I set the hearing amplifiers up as directed. All of the things you’ll need for charging are right in the box except for a wall adapter. I found the visuals to be very helpful and had to refer to them several times. For example, in order to control the volume, I need to short press a button. They can be used or experimented with immediately as they have been charged. It does take a long time to get used to working with these amplifiers. These are similar to regular hearing aids and fitting them into my ears wasn’t difficult. I soon learned how to adjust the volume, as mentioned, with a tap on a button. There’s a definite difference in the sounds in a room. As with the other hearing amplifiers I could hear the pages turn as I worked with the manual. I could hear sounds in the house before, but the sounds are definitely louder and clearer. If the volume is too loud, there will be feedback, or squelching from the amplifiers. This is very common, the same as it is in regular hearing aids. A household member has double hearing aids and I hear some feedback when I turn on the radio in the car. If there are other electronics too close, I’ll get some whistling. It does take a bit of getting used to and plenty of experimentation. I suspect if I were to work steadily tweaking the usage of these amplifiers, the issues would be quite manageable. And so, what do I think of this particular set of hearing amplifiers? I think this is a decent hearing amplification set. I actually prefer the ones that don’t have Bluetooth capability better (these don’t have it). There are no ear tubes to cut as these don’t need them. There are extra silicone earplugs in the box. The User Guide shows how to change them out. If you don’t need or want to see an audiologist and only have mild to moderate hearing issues, these may work for you. I do know that “real” hearing aids start at $1,700 so these are reasonably priced. Don’t expect high fidelity with these as you’ll be very, very disappointed.

Sound goes in and out
The Linner Saturn aids are very well designed with a lot of thought put into production. The pulling tabs on both sides of the aids are very thoughtful, and the battery lasts a long time with a single charge. It's small enough to be hidden easily. After nearly 2 months of use, it started to deteriorate in sound quality. I began to notice that the volume on the right side of the aid started to decrease on its own, and I had to adjust it manually. Eventually, I had to reset the power every hour or so to temporarily fix the problem. It's possible that the unit I received is defective.

A good quality hearing amplifier
For the price these are great hearing amplifiers. The nice thing is no one will know you are wearing them. I like that they have a bob tail so you can pull them out of the ears. The have a twenty hour life per charge (but I haven't tried that to be sure). It comes with different size ear pieces, brush for cleaning, and a charging cable (no 5v1a adapter). The sound quality is very good. This is a good set that amplifies and would be a great set to start with. This as well as all other hearing aids, I recommend you start with two hours a day and increase 2 hours each additional week. This can take up to two months to get your ears and brain used to them. Please be patient. This is a nice set and I recommend them and also try these first before a prescription set because these may be all you need.

Decent for some uses
For those with across the board hearing loss in one or both ears these do amplify the sound around you. They, however, won't help isolate important sounds like vocal ranges etc. So if you struggle to hear well in a crowded room, that room will now just be louder for example, not clearer. Worth a try though and even just hearing MORE can really help with things like safety or around the house.Edit: these just stopped working almost entirely about 6 months after purchase. Quite disappointing.

Good Audio Amplifier
For individuals experiencing extensive hearing loss in one or both ears, these devices can enhance the ambient sound in your surroundings. However, they may not effectively isolate specific sounds such as speech frequencies. Therefore, if you have difficulty hearing in noisy environments, these devices may simply amplify the overall noise level rather than enhance clarity. However, they may still be useful and worth considering as even increased hearing ability can be beneficial for safety and everyday tasks.

Can't stop the squealing
I wasted way too much time with these and finally gave up. No matter which volume setting or which silicone end pieces they squeal and being in my ear makes the squeal the most solid. At the lowest volume setting the squeal is only a bit lower and breaks up into a "chirp". The "amplified sound" I could hear through the chirp sounds like i put a bucket over my head, very flat and distorted like a TV turned up in another room, I couldn't imagine listening to TV or radio that way even if it wasn't squealing along with it.

Clear and loud hearing aid, the feedback was an issue and could not fix it.
I could not figure out how to make it stop do feedback and hurt my ear a bit. The sounds was good and clear but the feedback was a real issue for me.

Very Small and Discreet - Vey Comfortable - And Better Sound Quality Than Many I Have Tested
For the price these are very good sound amplifiers. They certainly don't match $1000 plus units - but they are much better than many units I have tried in the same price range.Once adjusted properly these have very clear sound. I can even hear separate voices clearly in a group - something most of these low priced sound amplifiers have a very hard time doing.I have large ears and they fit perfectly and are hardly noticeable. If this is your price range - these are an excellent choice. Setup can be a challenge with any of these to eliminate feedback and get the right fit - so take your time.
