I ordered this in an attempt to colour some epoxy glue to make colour matched repairs (colour match as best as posible).Whilst the quantities used are smaller than in normal resin project use, it was possible to make the repair stand out less with this additive. The cure time was pretty much unaltered and I was impressed with the less noticeable finished repair.As I've never attempted this before, I can only let time tell me as to whether the bond strength has been affected. At the moment all seems good and I'm very happy with the result.Good selection of colours too.

I am very much a resin user beginner and wanted to play around with different shades and textures so these resin dyes seemed a good way to start.You get 16 x 10 ml bottles in the box so lots of different colours.I found that the little bottles dripped the dye very slowly so you can totally control how much you use. I wanted a very delicate yellow that I could see a little glitter dust through and this worked perfectly. I only needed a couple of drops to get the shade I required.At £15.29 making them less than £1.00 a bottle, they are really good value and will last a long time.

My partner is experimenting with epoxy resin casting as a hobby, so I ordered these for her to try out. The range of colours offers good value, particularly if you're still working out how to use resin and pigments. The bottles are very small, but a couple of drops goes a long way. Each bottle has a screw-on cap, beneath which is a dropper; be aware that each dropper is sealed and must have to tip cut off. This will create a mess, so maybe do it over the sink, or outside. The tips have a habit of flying across the room with a tiny bit of staining pigment still on them, so not ideal for carpets!We used two drops in 45ml of resin to get a soft peach colour on one piece, and a lot of different colours swirled together for a 'galaxy effect' on another. If you pop the pigments in and manipulate them with a lollipop stick, you can get get some really pretty swirls.

I am new to working with Epoxy Resin, and am very much at the 'explorer' stage of my journey. To date I have made a small river table and a few small decorative items with normal and a UV based resin from this same supplier.I have to say, I have been very impressed with their products so far, and would thoroughly recommend them as suitable for beginners, and I expect the more experienced crafter too!The variety of colours provided is excellent, and you can use these as a base to mix and create even more tones to suit your colour scheme.A little drop will provide a translucent colour, whilst adding more will darken the mixture - the way I test is to place my stirring stick into the mixture and see how much of it I can see clearly. This lets me judge the opacity quite well.The bottles look quite small, but as I have said, a little goes a long way and these will last me a long time. You can always purchase a larger bottle of the colour that you particularly like after experimenting with this 'kit'!

These matched my description perfectly and I believe are great for beginners and experts.The colours are very concentrated, I like how they can be as translucent or as opaque as you like by adjusting the concentration of the dye. Obviously, the more drops you add the more intense the colour becomes. If you mix it with white it becomes more opaque white is great for different projects.I cannot recommend these enough, a little goes a long way! £17 for 16 concentrated colours is also fantastic value for money.These get a high recommendation from me!
