These are super sharp and will cut through anything. I have owned 4 other pairs of EMT trauma shears that get dull very quickly and can’t be sharpened they are just disposable after they get so dull, but these are made of much thicker metal versus aluminum blades and I believe these can be sharpened. Much higher quality than all the other shears that I have owned. I love these and would highly recommend.

The same as a hundred dollar pair of shears for 1/4 the price and a nice molle sheath to boot.

This is a good copy of the raptor-style trauma shears. It does have some quality issues but nothing major. The sheath is also different. Instead of a plastic sheath, this has a molle compatible nylon sheath.The shears do work and they do cut several layers of rags. The seat belt cutter also works at cutting webbing type material. The ruler can be used to measure wounds. I didn't test the glass breaker, ring cutter or the oxygen tank wrench.Fit and finish can be better. The shears are very stiff and hard to operate initially. I took it apart and added dry lube then reassembled it to make it smoother. The yellow handle, when unfolded, has a significant amount of play in them. The black handle has a tiny bit of play. The pocket clip is very strong and it is hard to take off my pants pocket once clipped on but I imagine it will loosen up over time.The sheath is good. I prefer this sheath over the plastic ones. This one is less bulky and I feel its' more secure. However, the first time I put these into the sheath, I put it in with the black handle facing the belt loop and it was nearly impossible to take out. I did see the instructions later where it said to make the black handle face outwards. Aside from this, I like this sheath.Despite the fit and finish issues, this does work and for the price, its' a good deal.

Amazing product.

Very impressed with these trauma shears. All of the collapsing mechanisms are solid and smooth. They are also laser sharp and will cut through the thickest of fabrics. They tuck away nicely and you can open them up in seconds. They are in my pocket for every call I run now!

Seems to be very good quality. First thing I tried after the scissors was the ring cutter, it cut a penny like a paper without any effort, I was very impressed. Can't comment on the long term use

I love the holster. I wish I could buy the holster separately though. It makes it feel like I don't have anything on my belt. The shears could use some lube or grease at the fulcrum to help with cutting. It's really tough. Good for the money, light weight, shears sharp, versatile by clipping on anything including suspenders of my bunker pants.

This is a really high quality set of trauma shears! They’ve got a nice weight to them and I can tell they will hold up well and handle the toughest cuts with ease. This would be great for your first aid kit, hiking pack, car, or carried on your belt. Carrying case is a nice bonus too!
