I love this speaker! It’s easy to set up and use Bluetooth. The light on it is great. I use it often. It’s loud. It can sound muffled sometimes though. I love that I can prop my phone up on it and that it can charge my phone too

I don't know if I received defective product but this product has multiple issues.Concerns:- Can not store FM radio channels. You can do full scan to scan all the channels and go through each channel to find what you need. And if you want to switch to another channel, keep going through the cycle to find it.- FM radio scanned channels resets randomly. So you need to scan channels for each time you want to use the radio.- Bluetooth connection resets while listening on battery (even though it is fully charged). So if you plan to use the speaker unplugged, good luck with that coz you have to keep syncing the device every few mins.- Touch light is too sensitive. I use this to charge my phone at night and when I try to pick up my phone the light turns on, and to turn it on you have to go through 4 light cycles which makes the light brighter and brighter. This wakes me up and ruins my sleep.- It is a bit bulky for what it is.- While listening radio or playing music via bluetooth, the display constantly changes between time and radio channel number. Since the display light is pretty bright, at night time it gets really distracting.Pros:- Good sound quality- Charges phone quickly

I am looking for a multi use device and this has everything I was looking for myself，it’s a fantastic little bluetoothspeaker that is so much more than a speaker. the design is modern，The speaker is good quality. Bluetooth works great. The FM radio are great. The LED light is cool and the cordless charging top works perfectly.

It is attractive and an easy way to recharge my phone/store overnight. The nightlight is kind of a nice feature. It doesn’t give off enough light to read by, but just adds a soft glow when I don’t want to use the overhead lights. Unfortunately, the light comes on automatically at times. The programming is complicated, so I don’t use it for music or the alarm. I just use my phone for those things anyway.

The design on this is nice, and it's attractive. I can't use it, however, since the dimmest setting is too bright for the bedroom. So disappointed.

This is so hard to setup and use. While the aesthetics are great, there is no volume adjustment for the loud noise it makes when it is low on battery. The clock timing is completely off and not functioning and there is relatively no product support to reach out to. The only positives about this product are the charging platform on top and the touch light on the handle. The Bluetooth speaker itself is fine, but I can’t get over how hard it is to use and how the clock does not work despite setting it many times.
