These clips feel like they really open up the nasal passages for easier breathing. If your snoring issues are because your nose is inflamed from allergies or something, I can see these being very helpful. Not so much if you're dealing with sleep apnea or something similar. So keep in mind where your snoring is coming from before trying these nose clips. Only frustrating thing was that a label was taped over the instructions on the box so I had to carefully peel that off in order to read everything.
