I often do my girlfriends nails for her allowing her to just sit back and relax with a glass. I also find it therapeutic and a nice time to chat without distraction.As a power tool crazed guy I had to jump at the opportunity to order this through vine in the hope that it would solve the nail dust issue (and for personal use on other projects with my dremel file😉)The fan arrived well packaged and wouldn't leave you embarrassed if gifting.In the box you will receive the fan unit, power plug and cable, multilingual instructions and two filters, one of which is already installed.Set up and operation is simple, just plug it in, turn the rotary knob to power on with a click, then select your speed from L/M/H.The fan is reasonably loud but not beyond acceptance, having researched other fans it appears to be the norm, but this isn't an issue anyway as we normally have some music on anyway.The fan draws air from the top catching falling nail dust as well as the dust that is directed out from e file bits. It pulls the air through the filter efficiently and will even work with a kitchen tissue on top should you wish. The expelled air exits through two side vents meaning that it can be placed on any surface without blocking the exiting air flow.At the time of ordering it was £79.99, not cheap at all, but not the most expensive either and the build quality and performance is very good. As for value for money? Well what price do you place on the health of your lungs?I also have two dogs and I dremel file their claws which produces a lot of file dust. They have been introduced to the fan and are accepting of it. With them it works well too and it's nice not having their claw dust firing up in to my face.Overall we both really like this fan and really feel it deserves give stars. Naturally we cannot comment on it's longevity and reliability yet has we've only had it a month.

The product is packaged in a roughly shoebox size, white cardboard box, but the actual dimensions of the device is only about 25x21cm and about 7cm high, so it should fit on even a smaller desk or workbench. The dust collector is made of good quality, strong plastic, and has a simple but visually pleasing design. The setup could not be much more straightforward, just connect the mains adapter and turn the knob: first stop is stand-by, second to fourth are the 3 power settings from the weakest to the strongest. The noise level is quite tolerable and it does not rise noticeably on higher settings. The suction power is truly superb. Warmly recommended not only for nail art, but for crafting with polymer clay or resin, wood carving, etc.

Really strong not to noise .. well is make a bit but is normal .. I definitely recommend as is a very good product .. good value for money and quality is very good

As nail tech I’ve tried dozen to be honest with you that’s one of the best on the market . The only thing I can say is the filter won’t survive long so I have to use disposable wet wipes to be able to maintain that filter for longer as possible

I gave this a try for myself i like to do my own nails but had noticed just how much dust is generated when i file them down, health considering made me want to try a product that would reduce the nail dust in the air well this definitely helped a lot you can visibly see the dust being drawn to the machine, so i can only imagine what it could do for a nail salon or mobile nail technician, I am very pleased with it it has several settings and runs very quietly I would highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  While there are a lot more cheaper ones on the market, this one's price reflects to the the quality. You can get really strong suction with this and the noise isn't bad at all.This is compact sized as well and comes with two extra filters which is lovely. The filter itself though is easy to clean so I'm expecting year's worth of active usage before need to change it.Overall if you want a good dust collector and are ready to pay a bit more for something that's more better quality and is unlikely to break down fast, you might want to take a look at this.(the nubs at the side doesn't come with this. I added them to keep the cable nice and tidy)

Easy to set up and use

The media could not be loaded.  This Nail Dust Collector can be adjusted to three levels.It also provides excellent suction power at medium level.It also passes the so-called "handkerchief" test.In other words, it absorbs the material perfectly even through a tissue.I received a charger and a spare filter as part of the set.Its sound corresponds to that of the industrial built-in Nail Dust Collector.I wouldn't call it quiet, but that's the norm.Basically, I can say that this is a very good product.Its does his job really well.Worth the price!I recommend!Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.XO Sue
