Nice and solid
Love the stability and the coating for anti rust. Great instructions to put it together. No instructions for installing. Comes with two different kinds of bolts for anchoring but doesn’t come with bit like it says. Doesn’t tell how deep to drill which is important if you are using the cement bolts. If experienced no problem for installing in cement, but not for a novice. Wood steps like decking easy.

Well worth the money
We were pleasantly surprised, it’s good quality and stable for the older folks to get up and down our three outdoor stairs. Happy with it.

Instructions are worthless.
Probably overkill for my project. Very sturdy. Throw the instructions away.

do not expect matte black wrought iron
sturdy, easy to install and fits steps....but.....it is constructed of square steel tubing with a finish that looks like what you get from a spray can of rustolem hammered finish gloss gray paint. it is fastened together with bright stainless steel allen head cap screws and washers with nylok nuts which stand out like headlights over the dark gray finish.. the top rail is a heavy piece of steel but the bend is a litte off so when the up-rights are square and parallel the top rail is skewed off a little, but noticeable. as another rater said, the masonary anchors are very low end. i expect them to rust out in a few years. the caps that fit over the two base plates that cover the anchor bolts are two piece affairs that are joined together via litte lockng tabs...no way they will stay in place if someone happens to scuff one going up the steps. i kept this and installed it because it is located out of the way and needed a railing fast. if this was going on the front steps where it's visible, I would have sent it back.

Easy install.
Very sturdy. Took about 15 to install. This includes drilling the 8 holes into concrete.

Too Many Problems
The material used to package the item was excellent and that is really the one kudo I can give it. There was no packing list so I was not able to verify everthing was received. During assembly, I discovered the allen wrench only fit one size bolt. As noted by others, "the instructions were wothless", it was more of a stick-figure type drawing. The two piece base trim is awful. It looks terrible as shown in the website picture and there is no rhyme or reason for the holes in the base trim. It should have been returned but my wife was willing to overlook these issues.

It's a nice railing, I wouldn't send it back.
The biggest negative are the anchor's that come with it. They're total garbage. Your looking for HARDENED STEEL, the ones they provide are HARDLY STEEL, more like cheap tin. Bought some Hillman anchors from the hardware store, extra $15. And I have the posts firmly anchored. For now, will have to see how long they hold up. Not that easy to install...... Probably much easier to install on steps where wood is used.
