This piece was smaller than I expected for the price and I had to do some adjusting to the neck because of how poorly it is made.

Taller than advertised, cute swan
It was very easy to put together. Cute swan, we'll see if it holds up as well as promised through rain, wind and sun. One downside I see is that there is no way to stake this in place. I had it sitting outside for a moment till I find the perfect spot for it, and on this windy day it got blown over and ended up in two pieces. I wish there was something to keep this in place. I may push it down in the soil a bit and put little rocks through the neck opening to weigh it down before I put the top piece back on. I have several metal birds for my garden, and this is one of the smaller ones, even if it is taller than advertised (listed as 10.4 inches tall, while mine measures closer to 16 inches). At $39.99 I think it is a bit pricey for the size.
