I've had all kinds of different sliding sheets. But this one works best for my mom with Stroke. We've had this for over a year now. My 89 year old dad is able to help me slide mom up in bed. He and I hold on to the TOP handles of BOTH ends of the sliding tube, and not holding the bottom part of the tube. The bottom part of the tube acts as a slide.When turning side to side, is even easier because we just slide her along using the top handles.If I'm by myself and I need to slide her up, I go to the top of the headboard. I grab the top and bottom handles to pull her up. Because if you only use the top handle, you'll pull the whole sheet out from under the patient. However, if you have someone helping you, you grab the TOP handles of both opposite ends of the tube. I hope this makes sense.

My Dad is unable to move himself in the bed and there is no room for a lift. This tubular slider sheet makes it easy for one person to move him up in the bed or assist with turning him over. Move over draw sheet, because this makes life easy peasy. My Dad weighs about 160 lbs and my elderly Mom can move him by herself with this. She loves it so much she had me purchase another one as a gift for a friend.

I do not like the tubular sliders so will cut this in half and sew the ends up. The quality seems very nice.

We now have 5 of them to rotate when being laundered, and as replacements for the older ones as they get retired.😉My husband is primarily bed ridden and these are wonderful! They allow him to reposition in bed, and help me turn him, saving my back big time!

Tried to use it to position my husband on the bed. The slide is doubled so as I was at his head trying to slide him to the head of the bed. His bottom slid and before my granddaughter and I could get down to the foot of the bed to correct him he fell off the bed. Had to call neighbors to help us get him up off the floor and back into bed.

This works so well! I would give it 5 stars however 2 of the handles have ripped after only a few uses.

What a great tool to use for someone who has to remain in bed

Way too slippery for our intended purpose. Mom is bedridden and she would have slipped right onto the floor. It's well made and may be fine for others.

Highly recommend this slider! Made doing moves much easier and easier on everyone.

Would never want to be without this transfer pad.
