VACATION After Sun Eau de Toilette Perfume for Women, 1 Fluid Ounce

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite fragrance brands. Every scent I've tried has been unique and beachy, and this one is no exception. The After Sun Eau de Toilette is light, feminine, and has a fresh tropical vibe without being overly sweet. The aloe vera notes give it a clean, beachy feel that's perfect for summer or anytime you want to smell fresh and relaxed. The bottle is also beautiful. It has a high-end look that feels much more expensive than it actually is, making it a great perfume to display on a vanity or give as a gift. At 1 fluid ounce, it's a great travel-friendly size that's easy to toss in a purse, weekend bag, or carry-on. As expected from an eau de toilette, the longevity is moderate. I get around 3 hours of wear before it starts to fade, which is typical for this type of fragrance. It's light enough that reapplying throughout the day isn't overpowering. Overall, I think it's a fair value. If you're looking for a light, tropical fragrance or need a thoughtful gift for someone who loves unique perfumes, I would definitely recommend giving this one a try.

The packaging of this perfume is beautiful and modern. I love the shade of teal green on the box and sleeve. The logo has an engraved gold foil that looks elevated, this would make a great gift. The product bottle itself feels substantial. The top of the bottle fits snuggly over the atomizer and has a crystal look - it is pretty enough to keep out on a bathroom counter. The scent feels unisex and reminds me of the scent of a coastal resort's lobby - it has a salty ocean breeze and linen fragrance note. The packaging notes there is a touch of "Minibar Gin" - I personally wish there was more of this botanical gin note coming through. All in all, this is a great fragrance for you if you are attracted to fresh linen/laundry scents. It would work well in the office, in spring/summer, and sprayed on the sheets of a freshly made bed for a touch of vacation at home...

I’m absolutely obsessed with this scent. It’s such a fresh, laid-back scent. Not too sweet but just enough for a crispness. Feels like I’m fresh out of a luxurious shower after a day at the resort pool, dressed in linen, and getting ready for a cocktail hour. Just wish it came in a bigger bottle and lasted a bit longer before starting to fade. I will try to moisturize with lotion or oil to see if that helps. Otherwise, I’ve had to reapply to really get the projection. Other than that, 10/10

It's embarrassing how much I love this (as well as the VIBES of all the Vacation products). This is my fave of the scents -- to me it smells like my childhood memories of visiting our rich friends' pool club -- aloe vera, seabreeze, cucumber, chlorine, afternoon rain shower... I've heard other people say "melon" and I get that, but I hate melon and I don't hate this. I'm also so amused by the company's description of the product as having middle notes of ozone and minibar gin (love the specificity of MINIBAR gin, not a FULL-SIZED bottle) and bottom notes of "resort towel" and "open weave linen." (As opposed to, y'know, that horrible CLOSED weave linen.) Anyway, it's light and unisex and happy-smelling; doesn't last long but I got it on sale which made it a great deal. I get the gin feeling but not actual gin scent -- I'm still looking for the perfect gin perfume, so HMU if you know of one. Oh, and the bottle feels really good in the hand. fwiw, I also like the Grand Cuvee scent, but it feels SO autumnal to me, not summery at all. And just as I don't like melon but still like Aftersun, I don't like Chardonnay and I still like Grand Cuvee. Bizarre.

This scent really does capture the essence of a day by the pool. Not too strong, but noticeable at first. Then it’s gone within an hour. POOF Far too expensive for the scent to fade that quickly. Larger bottle or lower price would bring it past 3 stars for me.

A very fresh and light scent! I don’t like perfumes that are too strong and overpowering. This is a scent I can wear all day. My boyfriend also loves the smell and uses it as well! I’ve only had it for a few weeks and have gotten so many compliments. I think this would be a great gift to give because it’s a scent that works for everyone!

After Sun by Vacation is THE ideal scent. It’s the kind of fragrance that turns heads. Very refined & it’s not overpowering. There’s a beautiful freshness to it. Perfect for a summer day. When I wear it, I feel polished & elegant (clean) and beautifully composed.

Not too impressed by this cologne. It lasts for 30 mins and wears off completely. Its smells ok at first but the weak after scent reminds me of that nasty dollar store dandruff shampoo scent. Save you money, this stuff is horrible.
