Nice Damper
I've ordered a few of these for different jobs now. They are decent quality for a fair price, and work well. Will buy more of them as needed.

Almost perfect
This slides much smoother than those made from plastic. It looks and feels sturdy.I marked it down a star because the price could have been $3 more and included a bracket to mount it. Instead I had to go to the hardware store for bracket supplies and design and make my own bracket. Good thing I had all the tools to do so. Having one with the product would have saved me 1.5 hours and some waiting in line frustration.
