I take these because I bruise easily - the slightest knock leaves me with a bruise, especially on my legs. These supplements reduce the number of bruises I get, and help existing bruises to heal more quickly. No negative side effects.

. You do need a pill cutter. I quarter my pill. They are huge and not coated. But having said that, they do a good job.

I take it in the evening after all day's meals and always wake up with flat stomach hehe

I got these pills because recently I had a repetitive bleeding from my nose and these pills seemed to strengthen my veins and blood circulation and prevent from nose bleeding. The only thing I didn’t like that the pills come quite big in size and it is difficult to swallow, but it okay I guess, it is only one pill a day. Doing a great job so far!

As these are too big to swollow; for me at least; I broke 1 and got it stuck in my throat. It was very frightening trying to drink it down while wretching with tears streaming down my face. If you find it hard to swallow lrg tablets be careful breaking it down as the rough edge can get lodged in your throat. I’m going to bin them now !. I wouldn’t have left even 1 star but I couldn’t post the review otherwise
