An OEM part and no other price competition
Shipping small battery in a humongous box with lots of padding🤗 The Hoverair battery is legit; able to charge in the original cradle, charging indicator lights are working, no problem using on the flying selfie stick. It just a bit expensive for the battery size and duration

EXCELLENT customer service.
Have a few extra batteries, and 2 of them swelled up, so I contacted their customer service, and had a replacement in 3 days. Amazing customer service, and good to see a company stand behind their products. Will definitely buy more zerozero robotics stuff in the future.
