Junk/Horrible Customer Service
We purchased this back in may for our 2 year old. We have probably used it 20 times all summer long. My son weighs 30lbs so no where near the weight limit. The shaft that connects the steering wheel to the front tires (for steering) snapped in half. I reached out to the company to see if I could get a replacement and they never responded. After two weeks I sent another email asking them where I can buy a replacement shaft so my son could use his car again. I did get a response this time but they said they didn’t have a shaft in the factory but they would check the warehouse and let me know. That was over two weeks ago and still have not heard back. I have sent them two other emails but nothing. I don’t care if I have to pay for another shaft, I just want one so my son can use his car that we spent $400 on. DO NOT BUY THIS CAR!!!!!! Waste of money
