Was VERY surprised how long this lasted running my CPAP!
purchased this to take with me to the Florida keys when i go sailing for 7 days with the boy scouts. This is small enough that i can bring it on the plane with permission from the airline. As always, i set it up and ran it to see how many nights i could get on a single charge and how long it would take to recharge it using solar panels (I have a portable 120W solar panel) since there is no electric on the boat. Much to my surprise, this battery lasted the entire week! and even better, I got 3/4 charged in just one day and completely charged by mid day the following day. This means I should have no problem keeping this charged with my solar panels even if i loose a day to rain. I was amazed! Now don't get me wrong, I ran the CPAP pictured with no humidity chamber and at the lowest pressure setting (#4 as that's what my Dr set it to) pluged into the 12v output from the battery, so its not drawing a ton. Regardless, with this battery being so small and light, this will now be my new GO TO camping battery for my CPAP. I could not be happier. FYI, I am in no way affiliated with the company that makes this battery nor did they send me this battery to test. I Purchased this battery totally based on the fact that it is the largest legal size I can take on a plane and i just want to share an HONEST review and help anyone else looking for a battery for their CPAP. i will try this battery on my everyday CPAP next but i doubt it will do as well as my usual CPAP doesn't have a removable humidity chamber. I will update with the reslts of that test.

When the electricity is out this is a definite yes!
My husband uses this with his Cpap when camping on motorcycle trips and when the electricity has gone out at home. Holds the battery life for multiple uses between charging.

12v DC deep-cycle use. Silent and tiny.
I got it yesterday. I plugged in the charger and it indicated that the device was already fully charged. I popped it onto my Philips Respironics DreamStation CPAP using a 12v cord and then used it all night with the humidifier option turned on. The SereneLife Portable Generator was completely dark and silent all night I woke naturally and my great new generator was still going. The CPAP reported 7.9 hours of restful sleep. after several hours of standby mode power prior to bedtime. The charge display indicates it was very low when I plugged it in, but it does meet my needs perfectly.I had a lead acid unit before my new SereneLife. It was huge and heavy, only ran for about 6 hours, and took a whopping 36 hours to recharge. It also was rated for only a dozen or so recharges before the internal battery would be ruined. This one is tiny, holds more power, is light weight and recharges in about 8 hours. Its specs say the battery can be recharged about 500 times before it wears out. I could not be more pleased.I bought the CPAP 12v cable separately. It came with a plug suitable for a car 12v cigarette lighter plug. The SereneLife Portable Generator came with the adapter cord to connect to my cable. Note: The unit says sine wave output on the front but this is only when you use the built-in inverter for 110v AC, and that sine wave is stepped like most UPS, not continuous. I did not try the inverter. The photo is my new generator enjoying a well-deserved meal after powering my CPAP through the night. Those are normal-sized baseball caps behind it. We lose power once or twice during hurricane season. Thanks to this little marvel I am soooo ready!

Works with Dreamstation CPAP on 12v with Right Cord
I paired this battery with a TalentCell DC 12V Power Cord, 5.5 x 2.1mm Male to DC7406 Male Plug Power Supply Cable to power my Dreamstation CPAP machine. I didn't want to just plug it in using the AC pack in order to save battery so the TalentCell cord fit the bill perfectly.I get 4 nights at around 7 hours per night (no heater) using the 12v connection and 3 nights (and then some) using AC. Had it for a couple years now and used it the other night during a power outage and it worked great. Use it at least 2x per year on camping trips so it's getting used enough to keep the batteries exercised. Very happy with my purchase.

Tested on CPAP machine
I used this to power my CPAP machine. I can't sleep without my machine and after enduring a miserable, sleepless three-day outage due to a snowstorm, I knew I had to find something that would help. I was very pleased that I slept for 6 hours the night I tested it, and it still had some power left. It was easy to recharge, too. So I was very pleased with that. I figured if it worked, I would get a solar panel to recharge it, but the company apparently doesn't provide any guidance as to what kind of solar panel will work with it. So if you have a power outage longer than 8 hours and used up the battery, you wouldn't be able to recharge it. I shouldn't have assumed it would be easy to determine what kind of solar panel to buy for it. So five stars for it's good performance, but one star taken away for the company not providing the information needed to buy a solar charger for it. Maybe should be three stars.

Such a disappointment
Rubbish. I was so excited to use this, based on some of the other reviews. I have sleep apnea and used this camping three times. It worked great for filling air mattresses, but never could make it through the whole night powering a CPAP. Also trying to recharge it in the car is a total joke...it barely recharges that way at all. It takes all day plugged in at home, and of course that isn't always an option when camping. I didn't try with the solar charger. On this third camping trip, despite always being so careful with it, it has somehow stopped working! It looks totally fine, but when plugged in at home it isn't charging up. It won't do anything at all when unplugged. I leave for a 2 night camping trip tomorrow, and won't be able to take my CPAP because it's too late to find another generator in time. I'm so very disappointed in this product. It is too late to return because I'd bought it for myself for Christmas and then waited until summer to use it. It was a very expensive mistake, considering that I used it a total of 7 nights and now it is completely unusable.

Only ran my CPAP for 4.5 hours.
This ran my CPAP great without the heating features. But only for about 4.5 hours. It did change quickly and fully right out of the box, but its just not enough power for a CPAP
