iPhone 13 screen randomly stopped working so ordered this. Looks great, near enough brand new! Wasn’t sure what to expect with “excellent condition” but I am certainly not disappointed at all! No scratch or noticeable marks at all. Comes with case, screen protector and charger. No plug but will not complain as comes with all that. Screen looks great. Battery seems to be new aswell 100% capacity and 0 cycles impressively for a refurbished phone. Ships within 48 hours aswell - ordered Thursday night and came Saturday - very happy!!

Never bought a refurbished phone and I was a little apprehensive but prices now are so outlandish I gave it a try. The phone looks almost like new, only a few pin sized chips on the rim of the camera but nothing on the body, screen or camera lenses. The battery charges to 100% and shows over 90% battery health. To be honest I’m delighted. The phone is better than expected and I will use this company again.

I had a very poor experience with Refurb Xpress and would strongly advise against buying from them. The “refurbished” iPhone 15 I received had a seriously faulty battery from day one, draining excessively despite minimal use. The seller initially delayed resolving the issue, asking me to perform unnecessary troubleshooting steps rather than addressing what was clearly a hardware fault. I was forced to pay for return postage myself (twice), despite requesting a prepaid label, and had to chase repeatedly for updates while they claimed warehouse delays and struggled to even locate my returned device. Although they eventually returned the phone after a “repair”, the issue was not properly resolved. The battery information appeared manipulated (showing 100% health despite obvious degradation, and even incorrect manufacturing data like a future date), which seriously calls into question the integrity of the refurbishment process. In the end, I had to return the device again for a refund, causing significant inconvenience and leaving my son without a phone. Even then, the refund was incomplete, and I had to argue repeatedly to recover postage costs — and still ended up out of pocket. Overall: faulty product, poor communication, excessive delays, and a frustrating returns process. I would not trust this seller or their refurbished devices.

Had phone for a week. No issues condition is excellent no visible marks. Full battery and great value for money. Phone came with a charger and case.

The phone arrived extremely well packaged, and in excellent condition as promised. I thought it was very reasonably priced and a great deal overall The phone is in pristine condition - if I didn’t know any better, I would have said it was new from the shop. I’m really glad it was true to the listing. It even came with a free clear case to keep my phone protected. The phone is exactly what I was looking for, and I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely buy from this service again.

I've not bought a new phone in over 10 years now, always bought refurbs but up until now I've always bought cheap Android refurbs however this time I decided to treat myself to an iPhone. The phone is absolutely immaculate, not a single scratch on the screen, case and especially important the cameras are scratch free, battery charges up 100%. Obviously it being a refurb you don't get an original box or any orginal Apple bits and bobs, if wasn't expecting one, but if you're buying as a gift you may wish to source an original box on eBay. It came with a generic cable and UK USB charger, and even a "Big Phone Store" string bag. Stuck a screen protector on it, rubber case and it was ready to set up. So far working absolutely perfectly and I couldn't be happier!

I bought a refurbished iPhone 15 and it was in perfect working order for the first 2 weeks. After this, it crashed to 1% and turned off on repeat for hours at a time. The iPhone registered the battery as unknown and ceased to function. Disappointing, a risk not worth taking.

A superb smartphone with a beautiful display, fast performance, and outstanding cameras. Battery life easily lasts all day, and iOS runs flawlessly. The green color looks elegant and premium.

J’avais commander mon iPhone le vendredi et Amazon m’ont dit que j’allais le recevoir le lendemain. Il n’y avait rien le lendemain, donc livraison bien en retard car il est arrivé le mercredi au lieu du samedi. Mais sinon téléphone en parfait état, il ne bug pas. J’ai eux chargeur, boîtier de chargeur et écouteurs, tout fonctionne parfaitement ! Le chargeur charge, les écouteurs sont nickel et adaptés a l’embout de l’iPhone 15 ! Colis super bien emballé et bien protégé. Il ne prend pas la carte SIM physique donc à voir avec une Esim.. À part ça nickel ! Juste j’étais déçu qu’il arrive aussi tard mais au moins il est là ! Merci beaucoup au vendeur 😊

Al momento 5 stelle, batteria 89%, praticamente graffi o ammaccature impercettibili e pare funzionare bene. Aggiornerò se ci saranno problemi ma sono molto soddisfatto al momento visto anche il prezzo! A 3 giorni ottimo cellulare e bene la batteria.
