When I stand for too long, my lower back hurts badly. I'm not sure why. I have worn back braces before, but they seem to cover far more than just where my back hurts. This belt hits that space perfectly, and goes on easily. It is not sweaty or uncomfortable and doesn't emit any untoward odors. It felt good to wear it. Wearing it when standing is better for me than not wearing it and standing. I like how thin it is and does not make me feel corseted or short of breath. I did not know this belt existed or I'd probably already have one by now. I find it very useful in my daily life.

I'm actually wearing this belt while writing this if that tells you anything!!! The positioning is key but once it is in place it stays without slipping. The Velcro holds well and the materials seem to be made of good quality. The relief has so far been surprising and I hope it continues!Definitely recommend.

The belt has a soft material, comfortable to me on even bare skin. It's adjustable, but make sure you get the listed size for your build as that's important. Once adjusted I can feel extra stability quickly and less tension, the straps hold their positions throughout the time wearing it.These simple belts work wonders for me and Sciatica issues, but your results may very. I’ve had lower back pain for years after having my 1st child, when I saw this I had to try. First impression, it’s small around not bulky. It doesn’t twist or bend up when I move around. I anticipate wearing this belt daily to relieve my lower back pain.
