Calphalon1948257 Signature Hard Anodized Nonstick Covered Flat Bottom Wok, 12", Black

I've made ramen, stir fry and fried rice in this so far and it's been amazing! I always make so much food that it never fits in my other frying pans, no matter how big or how deep. This thing holds it all and makes it so easy to create the things I've been dying to make.Cleaning is a breeze since it's truly non-stick. I also love that it's dishwasher safe, but haven't needed to go that far yet.I've been a Calphalon fan for years and this wok exceeds all of my expectations. Completely satisfied and can't wait to use it more.

I've never owned a wok before. Did my research (as always) and decided on this bad boy. Freakin' amazing!Pros:- great heat distribution- comes with a lid (that should be standard -- well done)- very easy to clean- handle on opposite side- just a pleasure to use- turned me into a freakin' chef!- it was so amazing, I ordered a second one for my girlfriendCons:- smaller handle can get very hot - just be careful- a little on the heavy side, but I actually prefer this -- solid build quality -- but some may want a lighter wok- why is the price the same in USD on the dot com Amazon site as the CAD price? Lol. Suckers

I have wanted a wok for a long time, but I cook on a smooth top electric stove and wasn’t sure how well a traditional steel wok would work. I love the brand, and the non-stick appealed to me. The wok is heavy and heats beautifully and evenly and is perfect for stir-fried food and many other things. I like having a lid to briefly steam/soften some veggies. Very pleased with the purchase.

Calphalon is at the top of the food chain (pardon the pun) for non-stick anodized surfaces. This pan is much like their other non-stick pans in that it works very well for a non-stick coating. This wok otherwise disperses heat well and feels solid while cooking. Cleans up very fast. Highly recommended.
