Excellent support.
Gives excellent support. Suffer badly from SIJ osteoarthritis and spinal nerve damage .This gives me support to do some gardening etc..This is my second one of these belts.The first one wore out after years of use.

Lower back pain
I've had different belts for my back but this is the best so far. It really helps while standing and walking you can really feel the pressure pads holding your hips firmly and comfortable, I would recommend this product

The belt is helpful but as I suffer from irritable skin I found it irritating when worn next to the skin. As a result the belt slips and often comes undone.

Well made
It's a great belt for the price but I ordered the wrong size so I can't pull it very tight. I ordered the larger size as my hips are quite big at the fullest point, but it's way too big when on me. When considering which size to go for, measure it for your tummy area/top of hip bones, rather than the fullest part of the hip. Otherwise, it will be way too big.I imagine the small size would be too big to pull snugly for very slim people. The medium/large is way too big for me, and I'm a size 12/14 hip.

Great product! Prior to this purchase, I was dispensed a different brand sacral belt by my insurance company that was cheaply made, difficult to fasten, and uncomfortable. I could not tolerate it any longer so I purchased this belt which is well made, easy to fasten and does the job effectively and comfortably. Well done!

Sits poorly at the waist
The pads are anchored to the belt in such a way that you can't wear the belt at a natural waist line comfortably. It is also elastic so to get the belt tight enough to put pressure on your back or hips, it is too tight to wear comfortably. Without tightening, the belt does nothing at all.

It helps
This was recommended to me by my physical medicine doctor and so I got one - it has reduced my pain considerable, but I find that the tighter the belt the better and with the pads on the back I can not do it as tight as I need it during the day( it cuts in), but for night time it is perfect!
