Best mouse I have ever used !!
Best looking mouse at this fabulous price !! I have only used it for a few hours and could not resist to write this review. Hands down the best one. I have used many in the past and they were all struggling in rough and glassy surfaces where as this mouse does not disappoint at all. You can literally have laptop on your lap and mouse on your sofa or bed the tracker works just like if it was placed on a proper mouse pad. ONE WORD - Just go for it...

**Review Title: Frustrating Experience with Customer Care**I recently purchased a Bluetooth mouse that has been giving me constant connectivity issues. When I reached out to customer care, I expected a quick resolution, but instead, I was met with disappointment.The wait time to speak with a representative was far too long, and when I finally got through, the support was unhelpful at best. The agent didn’t seem to understand the problem and offered generic troubleshooting steps that didn’t address my specific issue. After multiple attempts to explain my situation, I felt like I was just going in circles.To make matters worse, I was told someone would follow up with me, but that never happened. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a product that doesn’t work as promised and to receive such lackluster support. I regret my purchase and would not recommend this product or their customer service to anyone.

Mouse stopped working.
Mouse stopped working after 20 days of purchasing. Device is getting paried but cursor stopped moving. Checked will all the setting but still same problem. Ever tried with multiple devices and the issue persist. Tried to reach the customer care number through WhatsApp given in the their website and that too very bad service. Highly recommending people not to purchase this product.
