This tool is ok. It takes a bit to master so just be patient.

Piece of junk. I threw it away. Waste of money. Unnecessary useless product. You can do more styling with your own hand. This item just took up space.

I was so hopeful based on videos I'd seen, but maybe because I have naturally wavy hair, my hair wouldn't pass through the tines which would squeeze them together and the whole thing came to a hault.

Works well!
