I’ve been ordering these for years and they’re always great. However, the last 14 pack I purchased had three defective pouches (there was barely any powder in them). This has never happened before so I reached out to support who asked a few questions like proof of purchase, lot number/expiration date, etc. After sending them that info, they sent me a replacement 14 pack. Great customer service!

Costco has this item also but at the time Amazon had different flavors, like the Mango. Now Costco has this flavor. Fantastic drink mix. Cheaper than Gatorade or those other sport drinks that revitalize and re-hydrate after a sweaty workout or activity. Or just to hydrate and sweeten the water. And sugar-free!!!!

I was introduced first to a much more expensive brand of hydration drinks, and really liked the energy it gave me, and the fact that I was much less dehydrated. I have never liked most water, so don't ever drink enough, even when it is good tasting water. For me, it has to be ultra cold and served with ice and even then, it is not my drink of choice. (I have been forever spoiled by Portland Oregon's famous Bull Run water). I was introduced through samples to a very expensive brand that features more salt than usual, and has a lot of very unique flavors, so I was drinking much more water. However, I just couldn't afford that brand, so I was looking for a close second. Although I wish Liquid IV had a watermelon flavor, one of my favorites, and was a bit more salty, I can easily add a couple of sprinkles of salt, and the Lemon Lime and Lemon Ginger are both very refreshing. (Yes, I already finished my Lemon Lime and just received and opened up my first envelope of Lemon Ginger!)Maybe I have been brainwashed by the other brand, which preaches that most other brands do not include enough salt, but the only reason I'm taking off a star is 1) not enough flavor choices and 2) not quite enough salt. If those things are not important to you, then consider this a five star product!

This works so good for me! I hate water and this sugar free is amazing! I drink one bottle with a liquid IV and then I can just drink plain water and it actually stays down! If I try to drink just plain water when I wake up warm or cold it comes right back up. It’s weird but not if I drink one with a liquid Iv first. Very weird! MY FAVORITE HOPE THEY KEEP IT!

Wouldn’t call it rainbow sherbet flavor even if I close my eyes and try to convince myself that it is rainbow sherbet. If you like drinking bubblegum flavor this would be for you.You really can’t beat their strawberry flavor and popsicle flavor.I’m not disappointed, just took a risk this time with an unknown flavor.
