I haven’t installed it yet, but it appears to be of good quality and came well packaged.

Nice materials, but beware...VERY TIME CONSUMING TO INSTALL! This is not for the occasional do-it-yourselfer... this is for someone who has knowledge and experience installing finish materials. I am satisfied with the finished product, but man, did it take a TON of time. ALSO - order the rubber grommets from them for the holes...DON'T install the metal washer that comes with it. Here's why. The metal washer uses a tape to adhere to the post. If you ever have to tighten the cable, you will have to pry it off, and then it won't stick. For stairs, the washers don't cover the top of the hole due to the cable's angle. Rubber grommets are the way! Did I mention that it took a TON of time!!

I ordered it and installed it over a weekend, one or two of cables in the photo arent tight but thats an easy fix. Im personally just to lazy to do it. It did take a little bit to work out the cable system but once you get it down the install is quick. Also grabbed a simple handrail from the hardware store to finish the project.

I recommend purchasing the bundle that includes the tensioner and cables. This is a well-designed, attention-detailed product that I highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible quality and value for money. This was incredibly hard to put together and required extra tools not to mention it came damaged.

I purchased the railing kit, stair kit and 2 4’ railings for a small area in my lanai. I had them professionally installed. The project turned out beautifully. I couldn’t be happier. It’s a very clean, contemporary look.

Quality material but too many parts to order. In addition you need to research the components to make sure they match the hand rail style. It would be better if everything comes in one package. One set of rails didn’t include the tensioner components so it made the entire thing pointless. Couldn’t get anyone from Muzata. Amazon couldn’t help as they said I need to contact the seller. Just horrible. Don’t order. Find an alternative or buy from another company.
