The light given off from the bulb is a very relaxing gold colour.The bulb is nice and compact and fits perfect in my shade.Larger standard size bulbs are too large for my lamp shadeBut these bulbs fit perfect. Very pleased.

Great amber lights
Sometimes you don't want your room flooded with bright blue light, especially at night time. Blue light is implicated in reducing quality of sleep so the less of that at night, the better. These are perfect for that warm glow and they're really good for evenings when you just want a bit of ambient lighting.UPDATE December 2020: I have been using these every day for most of the day. They have lasted on average 2 years before burning out.

expétience après 1 an d'utilisation
acheté en avril 2019, je fais fonctionner le lustre avec ces 3 ampoules, moins d'1 heure par jour. J'en suis à environ 400 heures d'utilisation et pourtant 1 ampoule a grillé. On est loin des 25000 heures annoncé par le fabriquant.Normalement il devrait y avoir un geste commercial sinon c'est de la publicité mensongère
