Not the best
The book is written in a way that is hard to read and the information is presented in a scattered way.

Misleading
I watched many of Feldman’s videos and was looking forward to reading the book. She explains how we have one brain and the concept of body budgeting in her videos. And she keeps harping on about the same thing in her book. Like her readers are dumb.Secondly, If you notice in every single Ted Talk/Podcast/Webinar /Lecture she always ends with Buy my Book to find what you can do about it.However, Unfortunately, in the book, all she says is the same as all other Psychologists have been saying for years - Get Good Sleep, Eat Well and Ultimately think positive and you will feel better. It’s addressed in one small chapter - Nothing Earth Shattering. It was extremely disappointing and frankly misleading. She is so busy marketing herself. The Book is extremely repetitive and the basic concepts could have been shared much more concisely.Don’t bother, watch her free videos online instead and follow the well known advice:Sleep WellEat HealthyThink Positive.
