Hi. I have a LARGE. I'm a 5-9, 170 lb guy. It's a full fit on me. I had my wife try it on. She's 5-5, 130, muscular build. It was plenty long and big enough on her to wear as a dress. We think a LARGE nay be the way to go.

XL is width not length. For length you would want a tag to say XLT.
