I am Extremely pleased with this fan system. It was delivered with no damage; all parts present and a no-brainer set of instructions. I opted to install it on the back wall of my double car garage (600 sq.ft.), a little off center and 6.5ft off of the floor. The fan assembly was a breeze and the mounting assembly was simple but I did modify the (3) anchor bolts that came with it. I was able to find and use (2) studs for which I used (2) lag bolts W/washers and for the 3rd a drywall expansion anchor W/screw and washer. Total install took approximately 20 minutes. I was totally amazed on the air force created by this unit, far beyond what I had expected. The circulation of air on the 1st speed is great and the 2nd/3rd speeds are enough to blow my ball cap off at 12 feet away. I Would highly recommend this fan to anyone who spends any amount of time working in their garage. I Hope that Y'all find this information helpful.

These fans are used to circulate air in a boathouse, and they do the job perfectly. Keeping humid air moving was the goal, and they work great. Had one issue with one fan, but the customer service persons took care of it fast. You can't lose with this product and can trust the company.

This initial review cover's the > Bestronair Wall Mount Fan Oscillating,Industrial Heavy-Duty Metal 3 Speed Fan, 22 Inch.2024 WARNING > Safety Hazard - Read detail's down below.Bought this unit to replace a different Outdoor, Wall Mount Fan, Oscillating, Industrial, Metal 3 Speed Fan, in Stainless Steel, in our back Lanai & cedar deck, that had rusted beyond repair, after about 7 years..By comparison, the Other fan was definitively an Industrial, Heavy-Duty, in Stainless Steel, solid / heavier, and, with a modern, sleek, stainless steel appearance, and like many other dated items on AMZ, no longer available. This Bestronair Wall Mount Fan, is black on black finish, and was just installed a week ago.Pro's - nothing to report, as it's new.Con's - here are some obvious things to point out.1. Caution > The fan metal cages are Not Industrial, Heavy-Duty. Metal. Here's why, although it was well-packaged without any obvious box damage, the fan metal cages were Bent outward, losing the metal cage curves, that allow the 2 cages to FIT together.2. This was not obvious upon opening the box, but wasn't noticed until it was being assembled on the wall. Had to Bend back in place a pie-section, by hand, in order for the retaining clips to close.The metal cage's are SOFT metal, so if by chance the front metal cage shakes the closed retaining flimsy clips, via operating vibration and it hit's the floor, you will have a Problem.3. Caution > Long, S-Curved fan support - it has a WEIRD long, S-curved fan support that fit's into the Wall bracket.4. Wall bracket - appears to be the ONLY thing made of solid steel, but, the included metal screws are a JOKE, based on the fan's Weight x the Law of Gravity. They are worthless, so use your own bolts.5. Caution > Fan Control Design - must have been designed by a Panda, that was a humanities pre-college major. THERE is a reason why you don't see a separate Large Photo on their landing product AMZ page. It has 1 electric cord, about 9-inches long that exit's the Left side of the fan, and, attaches to the TOP of the control. The 2nd electric cord, exit's the TOP of the control (Not the Bottom), almost buddy-taped to the 1st cord on Top.This Bad design automatically creates two (2) big Restriction's - The placement of the Fan-to-the-outlet, and the placement of the Control, when the fan is ... wait for it ... Oscillating 180 degree's..Recommend that before mounting the fan, measure the length of the A/C cord to the nearest outlet, and Add about 8 to 10 inches. Same principle with the Manual Control, but with the fan mounted, you will have to figure out like I did about where to install the control.Other than these Con's ... the fan does work ... for now. TBC.Photo's- will try to get some and post as 'proof-of-life'.... Update June 2024 > Safety Hazard Issue ! Read Carefully.Don't waste your time ... it's cheap junk. The "Wire Cage" is very soft metal, arrived with the front face piece that was bent, and so it is NOT stainless-steel like the one it replaced.1st main Issue - furthermore, the Fan's Main Support Bracket (cheap plastic) broke last week, and the fan came crashing down ... luckily no one was around, but we did hear a loud crash, and went over next door and saw the mess.2nd issue - is the giant deficit in engineering the "Speed control unit" which is extremely awkward to set-up. I had to create a separate Support for it, so it could be placed in a location where the cord could actually reach the wall plug-in.Spend an extra $50 to $100 bucks and get a Quality Wall Mount Fan for either Indoors or Outdoors.For Indoors - recommend Lasko wall fan's as they are affordable, reliable, easy to mount and easy to take apart to clean. Some are made with a Remote control, which is cool (pun intended). DSMDSM.

Got this fan for my patio because it gets super hot during the warm months of the year. If the outside weather is 80F, our patio reads at least 10F higher than that (it's one of those patios that's between a condo and garage unit, ~200 square feet). We needed something to keep us mildly cool outside, and other than installing a patio cover (which requires HOA approval), I decided to get a big fan to move air around.I installed a piece of 2x4 between a couple wall studs (we have wood panel walls outside), and mounted the fan to the wood with screws. The drywall anchors are a joke and I wouldn't waste your time with those. After routing the cord to an outlet and some hold downs for the cord to the wall, we tested out the fan. Man, what a difference air movement makes to our patio! It isn't AC, but having non-stale air makes life so much nicer.Build quality is as expected for the price. I'm hoping we get a couple good years out of it being outside. The fan lives under the roof eve, so it has a very mild cover from rain. I intend to unplug it before it rains to keep our GFCI from tripping. Overall, I'd highly recommend.

I use this fan in my Garage gym. Great value for the money (skip the cheap plastic fan). This fan is durable and made with heavy duty materials. The fan works great, and easy to assemble. It oscillate and tilts for full coverage. Its quiet and has three different fan speeds. Good buy! But nice or buy twice!

I've had this fan up on the wall of my covered lanai for 7 months now. I've only turned it on twice. It literally fell off the bracket it was attached to. The piece on the fan that attaches to the bracket crumbled. It's in the corner out of the elements. Luckily no one was sitting under it at the time and it didn't damage anything. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed in the quality of the fan. While it was a decent price, I expect it to last longer than seven months. HAVING SAID ALL THAT I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED THAT WHEN I CONTACTED THE SELLER THEY GAVE ME A FULL REFUND, SO I INCREASED THEIR REVIEW TO 4 STARS!

I haven’t been able to handle any speed, but the lowest, so far, lol. The quality of this fan is top notch. I just moved into a new place and my new bedroom is without a ceiling fan. I live in Florida, so having a fan in my room can help keep our power bill at an affordable level. It’s not just a powerful fan, but it’s also fairly quiet and aesthetically appealing. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase and definitely feel I made the right choice, considering the endless amount of other options to choose from. Without a doubt, this is a five-star product which I fully recommend. It is FAN-tastic!
