We ordered the 12x24 teardrop window and the trim piece was a bit too shallow for our project. I reached out to Customer Service and they helped solve our problem ASAP. They actually customized a thicker trim ring that helped to close the gap for our thicker than normal walls in our cargo trailer. Who does that these days? Outprize did!! They saved the day for us. We immediately ordered our second window and are so relieved to be able to fit the window in properly with these new trim rings. Oh and the windows are great quality.

Seems like a quality window. I ordered a few for my cargo trailer. My only complaint is the provided screws were too short and I had to make an additional trip to the store.

Used for my 5×10 utility trailer. Took extra time to install without templates or any instructions.They had a couple small defects that needed fixing to work properly.

I used this as a door window for a camper I am building. Being I built the door myself I was able to make it fit perfect. I saw others commented on it being thinner and requiring longer screws if you have a thicker wall.The window works as intended, it allows a really nice flow of air and when closed up it keeps water out.

My enclosed car trailer really needed ventilation- as we often want to use the trailer as an office at the race track. I added a rooftop air conditioner and several windows- and it made a simple car trailer into a portable office.Installation is easy- just trade the outline of the window frame, then cut. The included screws were too short, so I got some nice stainless screws and everything went just fine. It looks good and functions perfectly.Since adding the windows, we are now thinking we will add some other mods to our car trailer to make it into an RV that fits a car inside... take a car to the track, then live in the trailer with running water, power, etc. The windows were a great first step.

we live in florida and my husband likes to help his friend with some lawn mowing. So we have an enclosed utility trailer that to me is like a sauna when you are in there for more than 5 minutes. My husband decided to install this window into the side wall and let me tell you it has made a world of difference. it is made of quality material and our only complaint is that the screws could be longer.

Thickness is also smaller than advertised. About 1 1/8". Going to need some fabrication done.

This is a very nice solid window.The glass slides up and down alone without a frame.The screws only accommodate a thin wall but for a 2 inch wall you need to get longer screws.
