The top part works, but the bottom part you can’t feel unless you pull too tight against you. Was looking forward to this item… a big let down. Will be returning right away.

It uses USB-C to recharge the set which is a huge plus for us since most of our electronics are using USB-C chargers, so it's really nice we don't have to worry about keeping the charger came with the massager. The force is right on the spot, due to my job being a computer engineer, I have to stay in front of many screens several hours a day, and my neck often feel very sore which also often lead to some headache after full day of work.With this massager, it definitely release a lot of the stress off my neck, and helped ease my headache. Highly recommend!!!

The media could not be loaded. I've been using the massager for the past couple days and it works well. I've tried it on my neck shoulder, and my calf. I've had tight muscles for a while from milking cows, so this was nice to get some relaxation. It had multiple levels of intensity which are nice depending upon which muscle group you are trying to work on. I like how it had the strap on it so you can clip it around your back, which keeps tensions on thr massager so it can dig into your muscles. Overall, I'll definetly keep using it when my muscles and shoulders are hurting.

Not as expected. Didn’t really massage neck.

Received this massager on 6/3/24 I thought this massager would be great after seeing it online and how it was being used. This thing hurt my neck more that relieved any discomfort, it pinches your skin, the settings speeds don't change. It' cumbersome and clucky and heavy. The straps are too short and it's just not enjoyable to use. I'm returning it now for a refund!

Since my shoulders and neck always need to be massaged at the massage parlor, I wanted to see if this product would save me time and money! It turns out he did! I love it so much!It's small and light enough to carry around and yet it's powerful enough to really get in there and knead your shoulders well. The massaging action feels really close to like having a person's hand or finger massaging my neck. It uses little "fingers" to knead your shoulders instead of using the common rotating nodes that are found in many other massagers.I love using this neck shoulder massager in bed at the end of a busy day, massage while reading a book,it's perfect!
